Works great! Doesn’t take up a lot of room , hold a lot of water so you don’t have to keep refilling it! Also if there isn’t enough water in the back for your coffee it will tell you to refill it :) very easy to use. My family absolutely loves it.

My husband is the only one who drinks coffee and I love this for it's not bulky. Definitely saves space in our small kitchen. It's very stylish too. The best of it all is it doesn't take time for water to get hot.

Abysmal. Purchased this unit in June 2025 and here it is November and its not working properly. Am I wrong to assume it should still be working after 5 months?? The coffee maker will only brew one size (8 oz) and what comes out is barely 4 oz. We've been diligent about descaling with the Keurig cleaning kit so it's obviously a faulty machine. Reached out SEVERAL times to Coffee Mocha with ZERO response. They got our $$$ and we got a crappy product that doesn't work. Shame on them.
