I will do a better job than a non-professional painter by a mile but there is a learning curve . -Load the pad with a brush , do not dip in a paint tray as per advised on the instructions. -Do not hold the black handle , use both hand and punch the pad up toward the ceiling with your thumbs , do not push the pad towards the wall as the pad bristles will collapse and the paint will go all over the ceiling -roll very slow . The bristles on the pad are very close to each other , there is a tendency of pad turning into a suction cup if you go too fast. Yiu will feel it as rolling become harder -Two coats are needed -Watch the wheels like a hawk as they have a tendency to get dirty . -Expect to clean the whole tool couple of time Per room as paint will inevitably overflow .
