Resistance Belt Workout Cards, 62 Exercises Cards Deck Large Size 5" x 3.5" Fitness Cards for Women & Men, Beginner Fitness Guide to Training Exercises at Home or Gym

Good product. Easy to use. Helps change up workout routines. Reasonable price. Very helpful

These have been fun to use because they make it easy to set up a circuit for the family to follow. Great cards!

I began dumbbell workouts 7 weeks ago, consistently three to four times a week. I had to go out of town and I could not bear an extra 20 lb for traveling via air. So I had them delivered to my destination. Dumbbells are very good quality! I like the hexagon ands that don't roll. My dumbbells at home. Have a round end and I need to be careful that they don't roll off the sofa where I set them. The hexagon shaped dumbbells are a pleasure to stay stably on the couch and pick up. The workouts that I do involve all three weights and I actually had a 4-day week while I was away to work out. I very highly recommend this particular set of the dumbbells the reasons of very good quality and convenience. 😊

The bands are as described. The husband who wanted them is not. Good product. Matches description. Good quality it seems as he hasn't used them. In practice nothing broke.

I really love these cards because they helped me establish routines for various parts of the body.

My husband and I both have the yoga balls and decided to look for other exercises to do. The cards are small, but they’re very well done. The pictures are very good. I am returning these because looking through the cards there’s only like two or three I could actually do. I have bad knees and had knee replacement so these are not the type of cards that I was looking for that would give me more exercise exercises sitting on the ball.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted and hoped for. Great size, easy to read, enough detail to avoid mistakes - and cost less than from any other seller. Nice coating, not just paper, so should easily withstand moisture/humidity. Wrapped well but easy to remove. The box they come in seems like any other quality box designed to hold a deck of cards - should last. I got 'em to make easy work (no brainer, really) of my fitness choices on the road. I have other card decks (e.g., yoga, bodyweight, pilates) and was thrilled to add this to my mix - keeps it interesting! I'm a happy 🏋🏼‍♀️ girl!

This cards are very helpful, easy to follow instructions, good exercises.
