Works well and stylish. Had to adjust height but this was easy to accomplish

Poor flow , hang unevenly due to inconsistent lengths of chain links, splattered water everywhere, started rusting at chain/cup connections. Not happy at all, took them down after a couple months due to splatter on my nearby decks

The chain is nice looking. The larger cups direct a heavy downpour better than my other, smaller rain chain. Snow and ice have not distorted or damaged the rain chain The one down side is the chain has started to rust after four months. It still looks okay, but I am worried this will not last a year at this rate. If it begins to discolor the patio I will need to replace it.

Chain looks ok and performs ok if in a short section and lite rain. But if you want less than 2/3rd of the water to spray in a 5 foot radius, avoid anywhere with moderate rain. Also started to rust after just a few weeks of use before I had to take it down. (I would have given it 3 stars but description said high flow and that was the only reason I bought it, and not it will just take up space in the garage.. )

These have been installed for no longer than 2 months and they are all rusty. They looked great when first installed on our brand new house and now they look horrible.

This product looks good, but the function of it is horrible. It’s advertised as a high volume rain chain. It can’t even handle a medium volume. You’re better off having nothing at all. They cause water to splash all over the place. More water was splashing out then going down the center. I built my own rain chains with actual chain in the front of my house and they worked 10 times better than these.

Just couple of months after installed the chain starting to rust.

Literally almost no water goes into the cups, but instead splashes out. Got the offset extension and the chain + spikes to make the whole thing more robust. Nope, the water just splashes out the side of the cups.
