damaged box , missing collectors card
Box damaged , and also advertised that it comes with a collectible J-card which this did not have ... cant fault the movies , but this as a 'collectors item ' is not true

What you see on YouTube is not what you'll get.
You might have researched this item before buying. For example, typing the exact title of this item into YouTube so you can watch an unboxing. Upon which you'll see a sturdy cardboard sliding box, with a semi-circular cutout around the design. Inside are 5 standard blue ray boxes with individual cardboard slip-cases. This isn't that. This is a singular flimsy cardboard box with no slipcases on any of the interior boxes. If I said the cereal boxes in my cupboard were sturdier than this, I'd not be joking. Naturally it was banged up on arrival because it's like tissue paper. This might not be such a problem if this was stipulated, but it's not. I had no idea there were 'two' versions of the same thing until this arrived. I had no idea there was a 'cheap' version and an 'expensive' version. This item currently had the exact same title as does the other version. Whether this is deliberate or a bootleg I've no idea. If you're an Underworld fan looking for the box set you saw in all the reviews, it's somewhere else. Not here. This version is cheap-looking. The discs do work on a UK PS5. That's the only good thing I can say.

A disc not working
One of the discs no 3 when my husband put it in it said it wouldn’t play because it was the wrong region this has obviously been a mistake at the packing stage in the factory so I wouldn’t buy this again incase the same thing happened again and this was a Christmas present for my husband so it was a waste of time watching disc 1 and disc 2 and he couldn’t watch discs 4 and 5 so was a very disappointing Christmas present O

Well i would not buy off this seller and the salah cuz there's 40 items and the customer services absolutely disgusting and they do not offer refunds

Arrived damaged and wet
I’m not happy because my item has arrived in a damp condition the outer packaging is completely ruined and damp
