Q: Can this be used in a motorcycle?

On a motorcycle with a kick starter yeah, not with an electric starter, this is way to small and does not have the CCA required.

Q: Can this be used with a fence charger that calls for a 12V battery?

Yes. We used fence charges on our family farm for many years. The larger the capacity of battery (the more Ah), the longer the battery will last before needing recharged; however, the 'jolt' will remain the same until be battery is depleted to less than 50%. I have found Mighty Max batteries to be a good value and a good product. I use them in mobility scooters and their reputation for being long-lasting and rechargeable is excellent. It is important to remember that a battery should NEVER be fully discharged as most chargers are not capable of bringing the battery out of that state.

Q: Can this be used in High Tech pet dog door?

Yes. If the door requires 12VDC, this battery is a good choice

Q: Can i use this in my cyberpower 425va...dimensons are right, but this only has 1.3 ah vs 2.9 ah?

It would work for a very short time, as it's not a proper amperage for your device.
