This strap is comfortable as can be. I have shoulder pains & the bent arm position is the most comfortable for me. Most slings are a hassle for me to put on & work with. This strap is easy. It also is a good sensory tool. You can you it on either arm or even both. The Velcro I wish was on the strap instead of on a tab but not a deal breaker. The strap itself has some stretch which is awesome for keeping my arm bent comfortably. I love how you can adjust the size easily.

Much more comfortable than restrictive sling. After some healing this sling gives good support with more comfort.

This strap is a good concept but it doesn't work for small women with short torsos & short necks. The strap is too wide for the back of a short neck & the length of the strap cannot be shortened enough to rain my cast to the right position. This strap would work well for a long-necked, tall woman or for any man. i had to return this item. wish they made a smaller size with a narrower neck strap.

This sling doesn’t come with instructions. The video was really no help at all. I managed to figure out how to put it together. If you are a short person in stature or maybe a teenager, this sling might work for you, size wise. I’m Aprox 5 ft tall. The Strap itself is Too Thick/Wide in my opinion, I can’t figure out how to make it lay flat around my neck and come down the front of me. The strap rubs up on the bottom of my jawline because it stands up, rather than laying flat. I’d actually rate this 2& 3/4 stars for its adjustable use for smaller or short people.

Had shoulder replacement surgery and used this sling after the larger one from the surgery. Worked great, except it was wide across the back of my neck. So I just folded over about 16" and sewed it to make it half the size. Then it was very comfortable.

Best brace I found that is somewhat intuitive to use. Unfortunately my doctors wasted my time with envelop braces and the bone was never immobilized and shifted irreversibly. I fashioned just such a brace as this out of a long scarf but it wasn't as wearable as this. If you just had a shoulder fracture, try this first!! It really immobilizes. I wish I had something helping me with fit, but the write neck slings are superior to the envelop slings.
