Silent - as it should be!
It's silent due to no fan. It's low power, so it doesn't add to the electricity bill any more than a 60 or 75 watt light bulb running 24/7 does. Installation is easy. Remove whatever is already installed where you want it, if anything. It takes up the space of two slots, but usually that "overhung slot" is not needed (or at least not used) anyway. Carefully "seat it" in the chosen slot. Press the latch into the locked position to secure it. Screw down the bracket so nothing wiggles or wobbles (nothing should...), and it's good to go! It handles graphics fine (Blender 3D, WoW, Skyrim, Youtube), but I don't ask a lot from it.

Bad value but has digital outputs
It seems like there's no longer any stock, but the value was objectively quite bad when I bought it. However, I did specifically need the 2 digital outputs of DisplayPort and HDMI, and it fit the bill.

Works Great for Everyday Tasks
The water pump on my spare PC went out, so my RTX 3090 was no longer being cooled. Being that my wife only used that PC to watch shows on Hulu, I decided to remove the 3090 and put in this little GPU. It does exactly what it needs to do at a very low price, plus it does not draw a lot of power which is great when it comes to paying the electric bill.

Good HTPC card or office PC use. Not much for games.
Not a gaming card by any means, but has some specific uses where the card is appropriate. Good card for HTPC. Silent, plenty of RAM for bigger screens, hw codec playback. I like the simple heatsink design - with good airflow, it stays cool and with passive cooling there is no risk of the fan failing (and wasting the while card.)
