A young lady in her 20s at my job recommended this product, or similar. I haven't had many issues around that time of the month growing up, but now I'm in my 40s, and things are not the same. Lol! I use it for my pelvic area during that time, but I mostly use it on my lower back! For something so small, the heat output is amazing, and it has a pulsating massage, not constant. I'm usually good on the 1st speed, and 1st heat temp (it has 3 settings for each function). And the auto shutoff is also amazing, because you can still feel the heat a little after it turns off. All in all this is one of the best, functional, inexpensive, gadgets that WORKS!! This could be great gift for a young teen or woman, but truthfully.. it's a great gift for anyone.. as I said I use it on my back!!

As a single dad with a 12 year old daughter who plays basketball, the immediate purpose for this purchase was her complaint that her back would often stiffen up between her basketball games and feel sore. So a heating pad that wasn’t restricted to being near an electrical outlet was a must and the battery life was more than enough to get us through the whole day. The variable heat an vibration settings made it comfortable to keep on and this is something that will make the trip with us to any game we have in the future. Very happy with this purchase all the way around. Affordable. Works great. Easy to use and travel with.

Just received it but it looks like it will suit my needs well. Wish there was a vibration setting for constant massage.

I bought this portable heating pad for abdominal pain from inflamed liver. Til now I had been using a small electric heating pad but was wondering how I'd go about when I return to work. This is doing the job. The lowest heat setting is enough for me. I don't care too much for the massager but it has several settings to adjust. I apply this heater under my right breast against rib cage to sit above my liver and can adjust the position up or down. My thorax is about 36 inches or L/XL in sports bra. The strap that comes with this heater has enough slack to extend or shrink. The whole product feels well made. I just hope the battery will last charge after recharge because I'll be using it a lot. It'll be several months before my liver heals up from complications of dilated bile duct and long term dysfunctional gallbladder finally removed 2 months ago.

Perfect for small areas ((arthritic joints; sore muscles,etc.) where regular big pads are hard to use. Non-plugged feature is convenient, too.

Product definitely helps with cramps and it’s awesome when just doing day to day tasks and you’re cramping.

Wife says it works. It does take a few minutes to get hot and it's not instant heat. The heating pad is a little small and wife wish it was a little wider. The heat is more concentrated in a spot and not a wide area.A few things I didn't like is that there is no way to tell the battery percentage so you never know when it's fully charged or needs to be charged.Wife says the heat is nice and the vibrating massage helps with the back.For the price you can't complain. But for a little more I saw there are other ones with a display or led lights to show the battery status.
