Unbelievable what a difference this support made for me. I have multiple back issues, and this pillow let me sleep all night without restlessness and I woke up feeling better than I have in years. My back felt rested and aligned. This is practically perfect. It also has a zippered cover that can be washed. The cushion stayed in place all night and helped just as much when laying on my side as when I was on my back. I couldn't be more delighted. This product works.

I like this pillow for my computer chair. The center is not as plump as many other pillows for back sufferers who use support pillows for sleeping. It would also be great for those with back problems to use on the car seat to absorb bumps in the road!

Help with back pain

I like the look and the feel of it,but it didn't work for me like I expected. It didn't prevent relief from my back pain.

Osteoporosis and lower back spine mess here. Love this pillow. I've searched forever and wasted money trying to find a lumbar pillow that didn't poke into me - they're all too high/too hard, like being draped over a log. This one's flatter but adequately supportive and very comfortable, melds gently to my body - just right for back and side sleeping and reclining . I seem to use it for all sorts of propping and wish I had several.

I have degenerative disc abs suffer from chronic back pain. I’ve relied on pillows and rolled towels for years when I need extra lumbar support at night, but it seems to either be too low or too high - and at times it can create pain in my side instead of alleviating pain overall. I looked for the ‘right’ lumbar support for a good while before ordering this one. Upon receipt, it was rolled tightly and needed to unroll and reshape/inflate for a couple days prior to my first use. Even then, I was skeptical; it was much flatter than I expected. Laying on it, though, it is SOOOO comfortable!! Especially on my back. It’s a little less effective when I’m on my side, but perhaps that is due to a decent difference between my chest to waist and waist to hip measurements. (?) It still provides better comfort though! I do wish there was an option for a thicker version - and even though it’s super comfy, I could go for slightly more dense memory foam, too. (Although perhaps the firmness would be more evident in a thicker version.) Another positive note is the pillow cover that can be washed!

I thiught i'd give it a couple of tries before making a review. After using it for a while, 1 it's too dang high so my back is higher than my shoulders! I thiught maybe it's how it should be. But no! It only bent my back further! It hurts much worse now? Uncomfortable and after a week! I couldn't continue it. Just too bad i forgot to return it!

I purchased this memory foam lumbar pillow upon a recommendation from Bob and Brad that a lumbar support pillow while sleeping helps with back aches. Unfortunately not for me, it made my back ache a lot worse. The memory Foam pillow is nicely made and it might be useful for other purposes but definitely it did not work as a lumbar support while laying it bed.
