Purchased this for my husband who has arthritic hands. When he comes in from his shop in the evening he sits and uses this machine. It heats up and there are "shiatzu-like" rollers that squeeze and massage the hand at different levels. It heats up if you want it to and he finds this very helpful is getting his hands to stop aching so much. Battery life in it is quite reasonable. I believe he has gotten several time of use out of a single charge. He says it may be too much pressure for some people to use. If you are a small person you may find it too much pressure on your hands. He has large muscular hands and enjoys the strength of the massage.

Got this for my other half. It’s very helpful and relaxing since he works with his hands extensively

I wanted to love this hand massager. I do love the massage features, however I think the heat part may be defective. It only heats in one area...my little finger on my left hand and my thumb on my right hand. And it gets so hot only on that spot that I have to turn off the heater. The rest of my hand is cold. I'll return it and have to decide if I try another one or not. Not sure if other people have the same issueI wanted to update my review. The business reached out to me and sent me another, updated model of the hand massager. Their customer service is outstanding!

This product gives good massage but it doesn’t hold a charge for more then 1 hour so that’s the bad part about this item

I treat both my hands each night, it works about 15 minutes for each hand. Overall I think it's helping but it doesn't have much power, I have to replug it in each day and it takes quite a while to work, also the cord is very thin and cheap. I trust Bob and Brad, follow them and often use their exercises, I'm hanging in there with this device.New note: I've decided to return it. It's just not easy to power up.6/8/25 I have updated my review based on the end new product I received from Brad and Bob. The new hand massager works longer and the power cord is thicker. If I had received this one first, I would have kept it. I have been a life long knitter since I was a child and now at my advanced age, I have experienced a great deal of stiffness and overall pain in my hands. I've been using the new massager and this coupled with my compression gloves, medical lotion and hand exercises, I will continue to knit. I ALSO WANT TO STATE THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS NONE LIKE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY. RESPONSIVE, QUICK AND DOWN RIGHT GREAT. I have several of their product, watch their Instagram and continued to support that they are great guys and have followed through with their great company. It is the perfect self care at the end of the night to help relax my body.This hand massager provides a therapeutic experience. The machine is light and easy to use. I love the heat feature making me feel cozy and relaxed. This machine is small allowing for easy storage but does not lack on power. It is also portable and does not need to plug In during use allowing me to use while relaxing on the couch.The massage starts off lighter but the pressure builds. There are 3 different levels to pick from The massager automatically turns off at the end of the massage cycle. You can feel the increased blood flow after the massage. Your hands may be red from the pressure or heat (if turned on) but it goes away quickly.The machine comes with gloves so you can apply your favorite lotion without ruining the fabric. The lotion and heat combination help with absorption leaving you with silky soft skin!The machine must be charged before using and did not work while charging. A green light appeared when the machine was charged and ready.When using the machine you will need to hold the power button for a good 1-2 seconds for it to turn on.Overall a great device for at home self care. Also a great gift idea.
