This is a really good unit with loads of different settings, got it for the wife to use on her ankle and she is very positive about it's use and thinks it's doing her good, so worth every cent. East to use as well, great quality, lightening fast delivery as usual from Amazon.

I too did not quite understand how to turn the unit ON to start the message settings. I was mad and thought I had wasted my money on a cheap non functioning device. Not so! After playing around with it, it is a really great and useful device! I didn't find the Kongzee website very useful nor any youtube videos. It is important to remember the pins with the pads must be fully inserted into the lead wire which must be inserted into the device in order for it to turn on the TENS, EMS or Massage setting, and that you are using the correct A or B channel. Remember turn on (far right “clock” button, device lights up), clock button sets length of treatment, do your settings (M button changes between modes TENS/EMS/Massage), make sure both pads are on your body, a minimum 1-inch apart, pins inserted into lead wire that connects to Kongzee channel A or B and relax! I spray the pads with water and put them back on the plastic they were originally on. Supposed to replace them after 10 uses, I have not and they are still very sticky.

Works extremely well with the 4 pads. Very strong. Will recommend.
