Review: Good quality cast iron pan. - This is a very good aebleskiver pan. Keep in mind it is small, the size of a small plate. Personally I like that because I can keep my eye on the balls so they don't burn. I used a regular size amount of oil on the pan and did not have a problem with dough sticking to the pan. No complaints.
Review: Perfect for blinis! - I seasoned the pan first with flax oil before I used it. It made perfect blinis that flipped easily and slipped right out when done.

**Q: Is it made in USA?**
A: Made in China

**Q: Can you make fried eggs on this also?**
A: I made eggs in this pan yesterday for egg McMuffins. I sprayed a little oil in the round, heated it, slowly dropped the egg in, let it partially set and then gently busted the yoke, put a glass lid on top so I could watch it and removed the eggs after running a spatula around the edges when they were cooked.  I  did three eggs and near the end of the cook time, I added Canadian bacon to the empty rounds.  I toasted English muffins and laid a piece of cheese on one side while they were still warm then topped with the egg and Canadian bacon. The eggs were the perfect size and were delicious. I will be making mini pancakes tomorrow. :-)

A: I am also curious what actual vegetable oil as some are bad, some are good

**Q: What is size and depth of the holes?**
A: 2 inch diameter, about 3/4 inch deep

Great once you oil it down & heat it up in the oven etc. like any new cast iron pan. No complaints just FYI this is NOT A DEEP pan . You can make pancakes etc. but picture easy bake size cookies .. that will be the exact size of whatever you put inside each slot on the pan but still very good it works for me because I like to portion out my food at times
