I have to admit I’m impressed. I had 9 doors from Howdens to hang at a client's place. Oak veneer heavy 30 kg each and this jig really helped me automate the process. It's well worth spending a bit of time setting it up precisely. Overall, highly recommended

Robust, good quality. Works very well.
Very solid and well-built kit. Nicely adjustable. I was able to put mortices in 3 doors very straightforwardly and cleanly.I also needed to drill through the core of these doors (to install 8-core control cables), and removing the cutting device from this kit gave me a nicely aligned hole I could use to help ensure I drilled straight through the doors without popping out the sides.

Worked well but has one design/manufacturing flaw (which can be overcome)
Worked well (when all the bolts were well tightened !)As others have said, the recesses for two of the bolts are too big to stop the bolts rotating so I had to use the supplied washers to lift the bolt heads out of the recesses in order to get purchase on them with the spanner.

Does job but....
After some modifications it does job. Small plastic clamps do not hold guide in place. They become loose due to drill vibration. Need to clamp it with 2 pieces of wood to keep in on position .

Don’t bother buying this rubbish…
Absolutely rubbish, moves about when used can’t even cut a round hole. Ridiculous amount of play in bearings. Not worth it almost destroyed a door with this cheap poor tool.
