Excellent follow up and support
Nice device with fairly good resolution Extension helps a lot in setting angles. However the device developed a glitch after 15 days. I had to courier it to the company but the support was great. Stayed in touch with me all the way. Replaced the item and even got the new device checked remotely. Keep the good work going guys. Thinking of purchasing 2 more devices to get the entire household covered.

Low quality product and pathetic after sale service support
Don’t buy. Worst product. Didn’t work from the day one. While contacting their customer care, they insist to send for repair. They denied of replacing defective piece. Pathetic after sale service support. Even after receiving the faulty material at their service centre, no one is responding properly after 11 days. Instead they speaks rudely.

Worth every penny
I was very sceptical, looked too good to be true. I don't know how long this will work, but as of now it's everything that they are saying. Simple installation, decent video quality, motion detection, night vision, lights, easily worth the money. It's fully connected to the wifi, rotates in all angles and quickly gets back to the guard position. Very much satisfied.Ps. It's not really an Indian product, the app is from Guangzhou Hongshi information Technology Co., Ltd, this is not an issue. Most of the electronics are rebranded chinese items. Just letting the public know.

Camera controls stopped working after 1 month.
After 1 month Camera controls stopped working. app is the worst. You will get forced ad's everytime you open the app, also we have to pay a subscription fee to fast forward a recorded video. Pathetic.
