Some are not too readily available where I am, plus I’m on a more limited budget than I would like. However I decided to start with getting a couple of recipes under my belt and build up my store cupboard /spices etc gradually. I am so happy I did it that way as three of the recipes I can now do without thinking, with the bonus that now I have invested in some spices and longevity items, they clearly will last a long time and the rest of the ingredients are really very affordable. So I am adding more of the recipes to my repertoire. I really enjoyed reading it too. There are some things that aren’t to my taste-chia pudding texture is not for me! But there are so many that I am looking forward to, given how much I like the ones I have tried. I cook for one and don’t have large storage abilities but have had no problem down-sizing the recipes to make just two portions. Very happy I purchased this.

Easy meals

Easy to follow, and more importantly, tasty recipes!

The best!
I’ve been a whole foods vegan for more than 25 years and this is so in line with my nutrition science approach to eating that it is the best book I have come across in that time. Don’t get me wrong, the meals in it are truly delicious but knowing how healthy and good for you they are as well is unbeatable

Loving this book
Really happy with this purchase. Have made 4 of the recipes so far and it’s been straightforward and delicious, and I’m already feeling the effects of eating more healthy whole foods. I love her YouTube channel also but it’s nice to have the book to work from too x

Fabulous Recipes Poor Reproduction and Print
Lovely ideas and and most delicious recipes I’m not a vegan but excited to start some really new ideas for me. However. the printing is dreadful and some of photographs fuzzy and vey poor reproduction . Makes me wonder if it’s the genuine article ? Amazon have reached out which I appreciate.

Fabulous resource!
I just got this today and I love it! I have her previous book (and follow her on IG) but I think this is even better than her first cookbook. The format is easy to follow and she uses cute icons that make it easy to see the recipe's prep time, nutrition content, etc. I really appreciate the nice balance of cooking and health tips. We all have plenty of recipes and cookbooks and we know where to read nutrition advice but to have them presented side by side is so useful! Well worth the price!

Delicious recipes but a lot of prep and ingredients
Good recipes but a lot of ingredients needed and loads of prep work! I don't work from home so it’s a bit difficult the night before chopping and blending everything just to have a salad for lunch.

The best healthy meal prep book
I've been watching Nishas cooking videos and have tried out some recipes from her newsletter / mealplanner. So exciting that she put this all together as a book now! I bought it immediately and am super happy about it. The book looks great, it makes healthy food prep so much more fun and I actually can't wait to try all the recipes as they look SO GOOD. You get hungry just by looking at all the delicious meals! The design is beautiful, the size might appear a bit big at first, but it's actually perfect for putting it next to you while preparing the food. 100% recommend if you want to get started with healthy vegan plantbased delicious food prep! ♥️🌟

Simple healthy recipes
I really like this cookbook. It’s simple to follow, one page recipes, and almost all recipes take less than 30 minutes. Great for everyday healthy cooking for yourself. I also like the beginning of the book where she teaches about what ingredients are good for longevity and how to best prepare them.
