My NAS’ motherboard decided to give up the ghost. (Gigabyte FX990 AM3+, FX 8120, 32GB Kingston DDR3 1600 ECC) So, when a saw this $99 board with a $30 discount, I jumped on it. The board arrived in pristine condition, in its sealed OEM box. The best part was that I ordered it late Thursday night, and it arrived early Friday morning. I already had an R5-3600 and some DDR4-2666, so I just transferred the nvme boot drive, LSI HBA (and 8 hdd jbod array, 2ssd write cache) and the Intel x550 nic, and was back up and running in less than 30 minutes. That includes the time it took to update the BIOS. No problems whatsoever

I am pleased with this board. Plenty of USB and SSD ports. Couldn't be happier.

This motherboard became a staple for my business that i was running 20 PCs. They are work horses that require little to no maintenance and so far a couple years and they are still running.

Excelente producto

Very cool motherboard. Plenty of PCI-E ports and pinouts manual was very easy to read. One piece that was not positive is the on-board wifi is not great. It only operates at 2.6 band and couldn't reach 20 feet to my router. Had to hardwire then get an external usb wifi. Everything else looks solid.

Cheap and good motherboard

The pci e video card slot has a wider area top to bottom and does not allow the GPU to make contact with all pins making it useless for video out. Be aware I might just have a faulty board but this slot os also not renforced. If you use an AMD CPU with onboard graphics this should not pose a problem. But if you intend on using the PCI E x16 slots they are all loose gapped and useless. Looks good on paper though.

I was an MSI guy forever. They make great boards.....used to!!!! The last 4 MSI boards I got were ALL catastrophic epic failures. All debug lites red, ports not working etc....JUST GARBAGE. So I thought well....Asus doesn't have a very good rep lately either but what the hell and give it a shot. This is my first Asus build and it hit it out the park. So easy to navigate the bios, everything worked like a champ. I had to get the wifi driver off the website to initiate the setup but after it downloaded all the proper drivers using that Aura software it setup just fine. This isn't a high end board by any means but It's great for a beginner build and cheap.

Not bad for the price, specially when i Try to find an ATX B550 board nowadays. Does the job i want from it perfectly.

the fans pin only like? 4 and i wish it had more

Excelente producto, me gustó mucho, funciona sin problemas y lo que me encantó es que tiene varias ranuras PCI-e 16X, es grande la tarjeta, para que quien piense en comprarla, considere que debe tener un gabinete atx.
