Can run your CPAP all night on one charge.
I've had it for a few years now. I can power a CPAP the whole night with the humidifier activated. Holds a charge well. No issues to report. Recommended.

Don't buy this - battery does not last
Did not work even 1 night for the cpap machine - resmed 11. Even when we put the machine into non-humidify mode, the battery only functioned a few hours.

Perfect for travel!
I just finished a 10 day trip to Italy and this performed like a champ with a Resmed Air Mini. Don't buy any extra cables, it comes with what you need for the Air Mini and the Air Sense 10. If you have an Air Sense 10, it includes a cable that allows faster charging using the Air Sense plug. Due to limited plugs in foreign hotels, I would charge it during the day (using a convertor) and use the battery at night. It's pricey, but I couldn't take any chances.

Great to have if power fails. I purchased as I wear CPAP and was flying internationally and would need for my 12 hour flight. Easy to use but a little pricey which is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Good for travel and off-grid ops
This is one of several different batteries clients use for CPAP when camping off grid. Most of them can get 2-3 nights on a travel cpap, and a full night (7+ hours) with one that uses humidification/hose heaters. It also charges USB devices and does not need a converter to run 110V machines on 220V systems. Great product and has lasted well so far.

It doesn’t come with a charger!!!
I am giving it a one star review for the simple fact that it doesn’t come with a charger!!! Got 3 different cords for connecting and charging but no charger. Why in the **** would you sell a battery that doesn’t include a way to charge it. I have some fault for not paying more attention and not ordering it sooner but still totally miffed why they would sell a brick of lithium and no way to charge it.
