So, this is a complicated review. Firstly, about the complaints about it clouding water... I've seen none of this. I have 2 nano tanks for bladder snails. A 3.5 gal and a 2.5 gal that I propagate plants in that I tested them in first which should definitely show clouding if they're going to. No clouding. Gave one to my shrimp and two baby mystery snails and the water was fine as far as clouding. Both the green pellet and the small round. The small round falls apart faster however. The wafers held up better than Tetra's Pleco Wafers. Second complaint people had - "It killed my snails/shrimp!" I haven't had a problem. I think what their problem was is they were working with a tank like mine that wasn't already cycling properly. My shrimp arrived a wk earlier than expected. Tanks don't truly start cycling for like 3 wks depending on the setup. So, I think that is people misunderstanding that this will inevitably cause a nitrites/nitrate spike when you feed a newly established tank and you'll probably have to do a water change after they're done. My 11 shrimp and 2 snails ate half a wafer in 24 hrs so obviously it tastes fine. They seemed to be able to digest it just fine as they pooped everywhere. Lol The ingredients look good, if that's what's truly in it, we never know. I can't really speak to it's nutritional content as I'm not an expert on inverts or a biologist. It's a bit small, but I'm not shocked. It's like they knew I came to get it out during the water change so they came back and ate the entire thing during the change. ๐ Those are the pics. Why there is a star missing... I was given a delivery date. Normal. Then it changed to be delayed. Alright. Then again... Then it said it wasn't going to arrive and when I went to ask for another product or a refund, refunds aren't available. Not even for undelivered packages? There wasn't any option beyond "No refunds." No thanks. Then it updated again and said I would get it the 14th. The 14th came and went and then it randomly appeared a day or two later. If I looked to check the tracking updates, it just said "left the facility" and that was it. No further updates until the day it was actually delivered. It said it was in route after it was delivered. Amazon is usually great, so I'm blaming the company for this one and the zero refund policy even if they don't send it? Not cool... I ordered cat grass from a company on here and I didn't receive it by the day after it was supposed to arrive. I contacted the company and they immediately responded asking if I wanted a refund or another sent. I chose the latter and it arrived the next day. A wk later, the orginal package showed after taking some slow boat. They were on top of it. I mean, it's not an Playstation. ๐ No refund... pssshhhh
