Does what it was designed to do.
Fit it properly around your body, then you tighten it with the left and right tension velcro straps. When I first put it on , I was disappointed, not realising that there were the two tension straps, then once I tightened these, the belt was secure and supported my back fine. Very pleased with quality and price. Highly recommended

Solid support, but not a perfect fit for everyone
I grabbed this back support belt hoping to ease my lower back pain during long work days. Here's my honest take: The good: This belt provides some serious support. The 7 stays really help keep your back aligned, and I definitely feel more stable when lifting heavy stuff. The material is breathable, which is nice when you're wearing it all day. It's also pretty adjustable, so you can customize the tightness. I appreciate that it comes in larger sizes - finding an XXL that actually fits can be a challenge. The velcro is strong and hasn't lost its grip even after a few months of use. The not-so-great: It takes some getting used to. The first few days, it felt a bit bulky and awkward. It can ride up a bit when you sit down, which gets annoying. Also, while it's breathable, you'll still sweat under it on hot days. The size range (130-160cm) is pretty wide, so if you're on the smaller end, you might find it a bit loose even when fully tightened. It's also not exactly discreet - you'll definitely notice it under thinner shirts. Overall, it does help with back pain and stability, especially during heavy lifting or long periods of standing. Just don't expect miracles, and be prepared for a bit of a break-in period. 4 out of 5 stars from this achy-backed reviewer.

Según " Rufus" la talla que pedí debía de valerme y no es así. Yo aconsejo comprar una talla al menos mayor.

Great Value for Money
This works great!! If your back is sore in the morning then if you put it on for an hour or so it helps that Stiffness go away…it is comfortable to wear.
