First time with open ear headphones, and this delivered!
This is my first experience with Bone Conduction Open Ear Headphones. I bought them for pool swimming. At first I was nervous about the fit, because I have a narrow head and the fit wasn't as snug as I expected, but there was no problem with stability and they stayed in place comfortably. I didn't use the suggested ear plugs to minimize ambient splash sounds and the audio was just fine. The next day I took them for a run. Again a little nervous about fit security, but it wasn't an issue. Audio was great in the water with memory mode, and on the run in Bluetooth mode. If you're thinking about a pair of open ear headphones, I would recommend this product. Oh, and the case is great, keeps everything together and I just toss it in my gym bag.

The Ultimate Swim, Bike, Run Headphones
I have another pair from a different company, but I had to try these—and I’m so glad I did. These H2O Tri headphones are exactly what I was looking for. I love being able to shuffle my MP3s underwater, and they fit perfectly under my bike helmet while still letting me hear the road. They’ve completely replaced my AirPod Pros and are now my daily exercise headphones. Swim approved, bike approved, and run approved!Functionality:10Bluetooth connectivity:10 Volume control:10Battery life:10

Why is the best bone conduction headphone only for swimmers?
Firstly, I am not a swimmer. I picked this brand because everywhere I looked, the TRI 2's were the king of bone conduction sound quality. The sound crushes other brands for richness and bass. Maybe the very high end is a little quiet but no big deal. However there are a few frustrating details. I don't intend to be underwater every time I turn these on, so I find it rather annoying that they automatically start in play from memory mode every time. The big issue I have with them is about the latency. between, 200 and 500 milliseconds of delay. Now I think it is perfectly reasonable to skip out on low latency since these are designed for swimmers to listen to music on. However, there seems to be a huge market of people looking for bone conduction headphones for typical computer use due to their comfort. The sound quality is there. I think the price is super reasonable. But the latency has crushed my dreams for these things. I can take them into the gym and into the shower but watching tv is super de-synced, playing games is just not an option. I'd pay so much for a bone conduction headphone with this quality of sound and comfort with an AUX input. I don't want to return them I really like them, but I just cant use them for everything I wanted to.

They work!
Bought them for DW foiling! They work great and stay on! Nicely, they could be a bit louder, but I get it as there is a lot of wind and external noise on that environment. It definitely makes my runs to have a bit of extra epicness on them!

Powers of when idle for 5 minutes
I wear bone conduction headphones (openrun shokz) for work and need to pause and play my audio with anywhere between a few seconds to a couple hours. These headphones completely power off when idle for 5 minutes and refuse to resume audio from the headset when powered back on. I have to open my phone to resume any playback.I contacted support and was informed this cannot be disabled. They even called it a "feature". It's extremely frustrating and obnoxious. At the minimum give me a way to turn it off so I can use them how I want to in the real world.I will be returning them on this alone. The overall sound quality was better than my shokz but I frequently have issues getting the two sides lined up right so audio is always off center.
