Terrible Sound & Uncomfortable Fit
I had high hopes for the JBL Wave Flex 2, but they turned out to be a complete disappointment. The sound quality is awful—flat, weak, and lacking bass. The volume is ridiculously low, even at maximum, making it hard to hear anything properly.On top of that, they are extremely uncomfortable. The fit is awkward, and they don’t stay in place, making them frustrating to use. I expected much better from JBL, but these earbuds are a waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

Sound output to low
They are fine for simple usage for audio books at home but I found the sound output to low to use else where. I couldn't hear much in public or at the gym even with the sound turned to max. I returned these.

Fit well, but found that the sound level was lower than other earphones even when phone on max. Easy to use and connect well to phone. Long battery life.

Bad shape. Fall off ears really easily. Because they sit uncomfortably in the ear, the sound is also very bad. You don't get the stereo effect like from cheaper, unknown brands.Handle is also very slippery and ez to drop / lose.Only good thing is they charge fast. Good battery.I do not recommend purchasing this one, get something more expensive from either JBL or Bose or something, not this.If you want smth cheap go for ones that have rubber cover, those around £25, they really value for money with waterproof and all. But not this.
