Just the right strength for the paper to be flexible but not tear. Transparency is also great; I could see the lines and markings clearly from the pattern being traced.

I use this tracing paper to trace all my sewing patterns. The size of the roll along with the ease of visual while tracing allows my pattern pieces come out perfect every time. The paper is the perfect weight, not to thin not to heavy. This is the second time purchasing and I will continue to purchase as long as it’s available.

I ordered this tracing paper as I use this type of paper in multiple crafts. Papercrafts, sewing, etc. When I measured it, I found that the tracing paper wasn't quite 12" wide, despite what the title of the listing says. Unfortunately, I can't rate something a full five stars when one of the first things that is mentioned about it is not true. Otherwise, I found it reasonably translucent and easy to cut, while not being any more delicate than other tracing papers I have used. I was able to see lines and markings through it easily without a light table. If you're tracing something dark with dark details from a photograph or very light lines you may struggle, but this is the case with most tracing papers. For instance, when I was using it while refining a sketch, I had no problems doing so with a decent room light and no light table. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this tracing paper. It's unfortunate that it isn't the dimensions the listing describes, but fortunately that wasn't a project ruining difference this time.

Good value and quality tracing paper. I was on the fence on what to get for tracing a sewing pattern I received. At its price it looked like one of the best online for its width, length, and online reviews. I received it and was impressed with the presentation and quality. My only complaint is that its transparency wasn’t exactly what I expected. It’s extremely white which is good when you need to see what you wrote, but while tracing it’s not that easy to see what’s under it. However with this paper it’s not at all flimsy, I can pull it when I flatten it down, I can iron it, it doesn’t crinkle and when I tear it i have to grip it well. (For anyone else pattern tracing, the better you can flatten the paper onto the pattern it becomes easier to see, if you can put a light under a glass surface and put your pattern and paper above the glass is a huge hack)
