Best Jump Starter pack!
The media could not be loaded. So I previously had an old jump starter pack at 2000amp but this kit i bought is just wow.Accidently i dropped it before using it and it just absorbed the impact like nothing happened.I did not realise how powerful this would be on 6000amp, when used on a dead battery car, instantly the car started without hesitation. It comes with a USBC to USBC lead which I used and it charges really fast, USB to typeC lead and also added was a DC cigerette lighter adapter so you have options which can be handy.I like the small details added onto the starter pack as where the outputs are located, the rubber sealing tells you USBC, DC output etc and this is handy especially when the Mrs is asking you 100 questions of what wire to put where. Also the power pack is not heavy so it is easy to carry. The case that comes with it is sturdy and strong enough to place the kit in one place.I also liked the fact that back of the pack, It has instructions of what the LED screen shows so no need to carry the manual around with you.The jump leads are long enough to attach on the battery terminals without any struggle and so far as i can tell, the battery on this thing does not go down quick when I turned on the LED lights.Although description said it comes with a 2 year warranty, the leaflet that came inside the pack actually says 3 years warranty when you register, this to me was an added bonus and appreciated.Overall this kit looks modern, slick, powerful when used and always a great tool to have either at home or in your car.

Impressive bit of kit
Ok. So I Was looking for a jump starter to buy that is durable, good battery life and competitive due to the recent issues my cars developed lately ( still awaiting diagnostics/repair). Stumbled on this and thought I should give it a go after several positive feedbacks from other customers. Upon opening, I was really impressed by the size/aesthetics. Very easy to use and comes with an instruction manual. I was also quite impressed with the usb ports which can be used in emergency cases as a power bank(although it’s heavy for one but can be quite handy)When plugged to my battery terminals, the car started on just one kick. Was pretty impressive considering I had bought one from an online store earlier that I had to return. I’m not very good with technicalities but i will gladly recommend this jump starter to anyone looking for affordability and product reliability. I mean it comes with a one year warranty so what’s to loose? Looks solid so far and it’s an easy 5 star for me.

Very impressed - started my flat car immediately
UPDATE:Since writing my initial review, I have been contacted by the seller. They explained the following:Regarding what you mentioned, please allow us to explain:Our product Beta04 is used as an emergency starter power supply, and its capacity can't be fully discharged out of the capacity through the USB or Type-C interface, because the instantaneous discharge current when starting a car is relatively high, and the voltage will be pulled down when starting, so a higher shutdown voltage must be set to avoid pulling the product's battery voltage down more when starting a car in a lower state of power, which can cause the battery damage The phenomenon of battery damage. Beta04 when the power is 0, its internal voltage is still about 13V.Notebook battery 5000mah capacity is based on the voltage of 19V, so it corresponds to Wh = 19V * 5Ah = 95Wh, Beta04 27000mAH is based on 3.7V, corresponding to Wh = 3.7 * 27Ah = 99.9Wh, and the power in the conversion process there is a loss of Beta04 charging power of 80%, so even if the Beta04 27000mah capacity completely discharged. So even if Beta04 fully discharges its 27000mah capacity, its Wh=3.7*27Ah*80%=79.92Ah for charging the laptop, it can only charge the laptop by about 84%.So, the battery WILL give your phone a rapid, emergency charge, or your laptop an emergency boost - but the priority is always being able to start your car! This makes perfect sense as an emergency device. I was hoping I could use it as a generic powerpack, but it's not that and doesn't claim to be.Also, since I got it (and charged it to 80%) it has not lost any charge at all, so the retention claims seem plausible. Too early to tell but a good sign.I have revised my review based on the fact the device IS acting as advertised (and doing it well), coupled with the great customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW:We are a 2 family car. My wife has our main car, I have a smaller Kia Picanto in case we both need to go out at once, or in case one of our kids needs to use a car. As the kids are away at the moment, the little Picanto is rarely used - and when it is, it's just for short journeys.A few times now I have got up early to go to the station, or to pop to the shop, and it has let me down. I have to push it around in a 3 point turn to the garage door, where I can hook it up to the charger overnight.Earlier this week I noticed that it was getting pretty sluggish, so I looked on Amazon for a new charger, but instead saw this.I just started my car a couple of times and, as predicted, it ran out and wouldn't start.I hooked the Beta04 Jump Starter up to the car battery and could see the %age charged indicator on the Beta04 ticking down - about 1% every 5 seconds. I guess it was pushing power into the car battery. With it still attached, I turned the ignition and it started instantly with no problems. I disconnected the Power Pack, moved the car in front of the garage, ready to charge, stopped the engine then started it agian. It managed to restart itself - so I guess some power got into the battery (the alternator wasn't running long enough to account for this.Despite all this I have only given it 2 stars. This is because I specifically bought this (rather than a cheaper model) as it support 65w PD charging of other devices. I figured this size powerback would be great for charging laptops and drones when out and about. It is charging my Macbook now, whilst the Macbook is powered up, so 65 watt output seems about true, but to add 10% charge on my Macbook has drained the power pack by 42%. I expected much better than this! My Macbook has a battery rated at approx 5000mAh (when it was new). Even if it still had its full capacity, and with 20% loss, I would expect 3-4 full charges from a 27000mAh pack. I don't believe the rating and, based on mytest, it will only provide 1/4 charge. This means it is useless as a laptop charger and I would have been better off with a £30 model instead. Very dissapointing.I will keep it for a few weeks - to see if it keeps its charge when not in use. It claims a 24 month charge retention. If that is true I will keep it, but if that claim is also unreliable then I can't trust it to stay charged for when I need to start the car in an emergency, and I'll return it.

Fantastic and powerful
What a fantastic bit of kit I was doubtful at first thinking it wouldn't do what it said but how wrong was I first got used on a van that wouldn't start in our local asda carpark as the owner had left his lights on and due to the extreme cold weather had drained his battery within seconds of attaching everything we had the van going then 2 days later it was used again I had forgotten to charge it up but again it kicked in and startet the car up.I would highly recommend this as its small and compact everything fits easy in its carry case and is definitely good value for the money.
