The Matte Black finish is perfect for the Modern Farmhouse we are building. The customer service team has been very helpful as we ran into an issue with a thick deck install. Review: Best faucet. EVER. - Have you ever turned on a faucet and it was just...satisfying? This faucet does that every time we use it. It's so sturdy and it was so easy to install. The only thing I will warn you is you have to read out some drywall and re plumb some water lines if you don't already have wall-mounted faucets. We did a whole bathroom remodel so it was fine, but just a word to the wise. I will probably buy these faucets again whenever we move to another house because I love them so much. They are just so beautiful!

Have you ever turned on a faucet and it was just...satisfying? This faucet does that every time we use it. It's so sturdy and it was so easy to install. The only thing I will warn you is you have to read out some drywall and re plumb some water lines if you don't already have wall-mounted faucets. We did a whole bathroom remodel so it was fine, but just a word to the wise. I will probably buy these faucets again whenever we move to another house because I love them so much. They are just so beautiful!

The black version of this faucet was installed in a renovated guest bathroom. It is a beautiful, great compliment to the room. This bathroom is infrequently used, since it is primarily for guests. The faucet spout itself was rarely even touched. However, after about two years after installation, small distortions in the black paint on the spout were noted. These developed further into corrosion pits. I contacted the manufacturer, providing documentation of the developing problem. The manufacturer graciously agreed to replace the spout free of charge if I paid for shipping; an offer I accepted. I'm pleased to report that the installation is now as beautiful as ever, thanks to exceptional customer service. I'm giving a 5 star review because of this response (and beauty of the product), despite disappointment that the spout needed replacement.
