Hello, Monstrum and Amazon, your chamber flag is a very good product. Well made, compact, and very visible. It works especially well when you place your firearm in it's case. Meaning it doesn't stick out too far to interfere with closing the case. Will fit 17 to much larger calibers. I don't own a 17 but because the casing is almost the size of 22 shell, I believe, so it should work too. I bought these in a six pack and I really like them !!! Was needing a chamber flag at the range and a guy in the next lane lent me one of these. I was sold on its sturdiness and durability and ordered them as soon as I got home. Great product if you need chamber flags at your local shooting range and I have no doubt that this will stand up to bolt releases for a long time to come.

Recieved on may 9th, good looking product. Deducted one star because while others had ones that were too tight on the pic rails, mine were too loose. As others stated they could be a better fit for a 5.56 chamber, but that would probably prevent them for being used in .22s. I have some yellow generic flags that I feel work and fit better in an ar chamber, but I do like the built in punch tip, flat head and pic rail. Gave three stars for sturdyness simply cause I'm not sure how long they'll last. But 6 flags for 10 bucks is a pretty good deal. Wish I could have found banners in 6 packs as well.

Searched through many products looking for an empty chamber flag that looked like one's at my range. These looked good in pics so ordered them. Good product, easy to use, durable and a good price.

These work great as designed for being a chamber indicator. Later I learned they have a flat head slot so adjusting scopes or minorly tightening things works great. Being able to attach a key ring and flag only increases visibility from range officials. They easily slide onto rails for ease of access when needed. I continue to enjoy using and promoting these. Fits well in all my AR platforms, most pistols, shotguns, and a couple of bolt guns. I will be back to get more when needed and definitely recomend them.

Great value here! Especially considering you get 6 of them. I really like how easy they are to attach to a keychain, molle system etc...plus you can throw them on a Picatinny rail, which can be helpful at the range. So far, they’ve fit in every gun I’ve used, from rifles to pistols...Even a tiny, pocket .380 ACP.As far as quality, they seem fantastic, and are a very hard plastic material. I wouldn’t necessarily drop the bolt of your AR onto one of these , but they are plenty strong and I don’t anticipate any issues.I attached an “empty chamber” keychain to some of these, and it really makes it obvious to the range officer whether or not your weapon is empty.I definitely recommend them. 5 stars!

These work Okay. I liked the idea of being able to clip these in the rail of each gun so they are always there when heading to the range. I had to press very hard to get these into the rail the first time. The first time, a little bit of plastic was shaved off when pressing them onto the rail. After that, they go on easier, but don’t fit right (they now slide along the rail). Because of this, I’m sure they will get lost soon enough if I continue to store them on my rails.I was hoping to put one of these in my sin’s nylon66 .22LR. His bolt doesn’t lock back on empty, so these are needed to show clear at our range. Another review said that they fit .22, but this didn’t fit my son’s. I’m going to have to cut the protrusion off the back to make it shorter, and possibly grind the stem smaller to get it to fit in his small chamber.Also, I haven’t tried dropping the bolt or slide on one of there yet, because the material seems like it’s a little to hard/brittle to take it. It seems to me like that would break the flag off of the body, so I have been riding the bolt forward slowly in these. That day when I accidentally release a slide/bolt in one, I’ll let you know if it holds up.
