is it a double weave gi

Not sure about the double weave but it's super thick. It's not thin and light.

I am 5'10 175-180. i have heard that fuji runs big, so i am trying to decide between a2 and a3. any suggestions?

The A2 may run a bit short (5'5" - 5'9" 140-170lbs) and will fit almost too perfectly. I would recommend the A3 (5'9" - 6'1" 170-200 lbs) as it can always be shrunken for a better fit.
