Proberos® Breathing Trainer, Portable Muscle Trainer

Very good quality, the pressure is also adjusted perfectly.

Good for forced exhale practice Increase lung raw power of exhalation which make running very easy. The product easy to use. Value for money and best durability. We can easily wash.

Effective.

I have been using it for a while now. There is a noticeable change after using it. Initially it felt a bit weird but got used to it. I use it during the workouts (for 10 mins).

It clearly says that there are separate adjustment knobs for the in breath and out breath but in fact there is only one adjustment knob, so it is necessary to turn the control knob every inn breath and out breath if you want different resistances for inhalation and exhalation. Be warned! Quote: "Equipped with two distinct resistance knobs, this respiratory trainer allows users to finely tune the difficulty of their breathing workouts. Tailoring the inhalation and exhalation forces separately offers a personalized respiratory training experience that can accommodate the varying needs and progress rates of users."
