The dispenser is attractive and easy to use/exchange water bottles. Perhaps doesn’t get water as chilly as I would like, but? I do live in Florida!

Started having slow leak issues once I put the bottle on it. Attempted to do a refund and apparently this item is not eligible for refund so wasted my money on a non working item and had to go to the store and purchase a primo water cooler dispenser to ensure I had a receipt and local place in case I had any issues, luckily the primo works great

Quite and easy to loan.

We have had it for 24 hours and the cold on it is still at room temperature. The instructions don't tell us how to fix that.

Hot water works great. Cold water is basically room temp. Flushed the lines before we used it, still taste like new plastic. Not happy with it except the hot water part.

The product is made from plastic and when it was delivered it had a crack on the front panel and the door looking to be misplaced making it more difficult to close. It looks cool but if I were to want to replace it I would have to get a complete refund then have to purchase it again after the refund gets pushed through.

I don’t like this water bottle stand water taste like plastic don’t buy this brand
