I can't believe I am just now discovering this thing! I bought two – one for my car and one for my husband's car – so we could get our aging parents in and out quickly and safely. They are in their 90s and they easily figured out how to use it. It makes getting in the car easier and safer. Highly recommend!

These are amazing. We have gotten them for every car, and the whole family purchased them as well. When my dad's mobility started declining getting in and out of the car was challenging. When we found this it was such a huge help! I would recommend it for anyone that needs a little extra stability getting in and out of the vehicle.

Great tool for extra needed help by the elderly, disabled, or injured to sit down or get out of a vehicle. Standard size fits all vehicles and portable to take anywhere. Store in the glove compartment or door pocket. It will make a difference in their lives!

I bought it for my mother in law, She is 82y. She said very helpful. Fit in her vehicle side pocket for keeping. Hook area is not metal so is not worry about scratching vehicle. That’s why I choose it.

My wife is relatively small -- she says she is "concentrated" -- and suffers (silently) from sciatica. Hence, getting in and out of our two cars is problematic for her. (I am tall, and can grab the upper door jamb of the car to hoist myself out.) She seems to like these, and finds them useful. I keep one in her car, driver's side (the door pocket thing), and one in my car, passenger side (ditto). Easy to "install", and helpful.One still needs to "apply" them -- put them in the door's "hook" -- and have the strength and range of motion to use them. But as leg-muscle-assistants, they are perfectly legitimate, and comfortable to use. Worth a try for the cost, $22. 4 Stars.A personal assistant might be 5 stars. I try to help, but she's impatient.
