Pretty good! - this is an interesting item. i thought it was to be dehydrated, but its packed wet. large pieces. already marinated, not sure i like the original taste. i added some dry spice and then let it soak in a bit then fried a bit. it was pretty good tbh. i will buy again but i prefer to spice my own tvp. so its on the menu and will be bought again and is recommended. i think 2 pieces are good for one dinner portion. so a value for the money id say. lots of protein and the texture and is solidly meaty. Review: Not that good - Kind of nasty then again it is Vegan. I'm 67 went Vegetarian at 15, ate eggs, drank milk, ate fish, no pig/beef/foul/reptile. For a while went full Soy Vegan and did achieve Gynecomastia from the soy, yes those breasts do grow men. Returned to my former ways but still ate the occasional fake meat. Honestly anything mixed with proper seasoning and you can't tell what it is. This will never be a regular purchase and possibly not even a yearly purchase. I have about half the bag frozen divided into cut up pieces and full strips. Maybe worth it at half the price but as something to add flavor instead of mere texture not so much. ## Features - 15g of Plant-Based Protein per 100g serving - Non-GMO & Soy Free - No Preservatives - Shelf-stable up to 18 months after production - European Grown Wheat - Vegan, Kosher, Halal Certified - Ingredients primarily sourced from France - Low in Saturated Fat - Clean and Simple Ingredients - Quickly and easily prepared in a variety of ways ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DDRCSS88 | | Age Range Description | All Ages | | Best Sellers Rank | #288,122 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #13 in Meatless Strips | | Brand | ENSEMBLE | | Brand Name | ENSEMBLE | | Cuisine | French | | Customer Reviews | 3.4 out of 5 stars 16 Reviews | | Item Weight | 3.3 pounds | | Size | 3.31 lbs (1.5 kg) | | Specialty | Vegan | | Unit Count | 53 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ENSEMBLE - **Cuisine:** French - **Item Weight:** 3.3 pounds - **Size:** 3.31 lbs (1.5 kg) - **Specialty:** Vegan ## Images ![Ensemble™ Plant-Based Meat Alternative – Strips 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg) | Shelf-Stable | Non-GMO | Soy Free | 100% Vegan | Kosher, Halal - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61tV43xqDgL.jpg) ![Ensemble™ Plant-Based Meat Alternative – Strips 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg) | Shelf-Stable | Non-GMO | Soy Free | 100% Vegan | Kosher, Halal - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71wdhAgCf0L.jpg) ![Ensemble™ Plant-Based Meat Alternative – Strips 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg) | Shelf-Stable | Non-GMO | Soy Free | 100% Vegan | Kosher, Halal - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91L+VxsSapL.jpg) ![Ensemble™ Plant-Based Meat Alternative – Strips 3.30 lbs (1.5 kg) | Shelf-Stable | Non-GMO | Soy Free | 100% Vegan | Kosher, Halal - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ymYZahuhL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very versatile vegan food item.
