Tastes fine, a good alternative to Splenda.
Tastes great and much gentler on the stomach! This is a wonderful alternative to Splenda, which sometimes bothers my digestion. It’s very concentrated, so you only need one of the tiny scoops provided. A quick tip for the best experience: Add a tiny bit of cool water to the bottom of your cup first, sprinkle the sweetener in, and let it sit for about 3 minutes to dissolve. If you add it to a dry cup or straight into hot coffee, it tends to clump into a sticky mass on your spoon. If you give it those few minutes to dissolve in cool water first, you’ll be much happier with the results!

Very sweet, Healthy and Ii don’t taste weird like Stevia
Excellent product, Not only is it saving my Kidneys from Splenda but it only takes a little to replace the Splenda. Well worth the buy!

Great sweetener!
Love this - tastes good, healthy sweetener. No added erythritol. Only need a small amount.

Not bad for an artificial sweetener.
Let's face it. NOTHING tastes like sugar to sweeten things. I've been using sugar alternatives since the 60s, and none of them taste like real sugar. Some are definitely worse than others. My least favorite is Sweet N Low. There is one from the past that is no longer available that I used to like: Cyclamates. FDA banned it in the '80s because it caused cancer in rats. Oh, well... The original Diet Coke was made with cyclamates, and it was delicious. Note: The current Diet Coke is still one of my favorites. I prefer it to real Coke. But the cyclamate version was better. (Then again, that was 30 some years ago, and at 75, my memory may not be that accurate.) But, I should be talking about this... It just arrived, and today I used one level scoopful for my 18 oz mug of coffee. No bitterness. But it still doesn't taste like sugar. I've been using Equal and Splenda for many years, and I think this is better in coffee than those two. As I sit here sipping my coffee as it cools down, I think it's a bit too sweet, but not by much. I'll have to play around with the amount. And it may be different in a cold drink. I routinely drink a large tumbler of water throughout the day. I add 1 packet of True Lemon or True Lime along with one packet of Equal. Looking forward to how this tastes in that. If it's either exceptional or awful, I'll update this accordingly. Otherwise, assume it's OK in cold drinks as well.

Great Monk Fruit Sweetener!
This monk fruit sweetener meets all my requirements. I love that I can peruse the Amazon site to determine if it is Erythritol free, the size of the container and the serving size. Monk fruit does not have that metallic taste some stevia sweeteners have and it does not impact my blood sugar levels at all... It also does not wet my sweet tooth so I don't crave sweets after using it.

Try it. You’ll probably like it.
So far, so good. Only had it for a day or two, but it does sweeten my coffee nicely. A tiny spoon is provided, I think the jar will last a long time. It tastes slightly different than sugar, but it’s not unpleasant. It does take a little bit of stirring to dissolve lumps. Haven’t tried it in cereal yet.

Read the fine print!
Under ingredients there is an asterisk next to monk fruit extract that I neglected to notice- the asterisk elsewhere on the package says 10% maltodextrine, and says “other brands just don’t disclose it, we do.” They did put 7% Mogroside V which is the lowest amount of the compound available for monk fruit. At least they put this on their label; many products I’ve seen do not. It’s my own responsibility for not noticing and doing proper research. Probably not a bad product if these things aren’t deal breakers. Used once with matcha, taste was as expected. Came with a scoop.

Sweetener Alternative Thoughts
I ordered this product in order to move away from using cane sugar or artificial sweeteners. This comes as a very fine, and very sweet powder. It does not contain erythritol which I liked. However, due to this issue, the volume (for the price) is quite small. I did end up adding a small amount of cane sugar for some items that required larger amounts of a sweetener or the monk fruit alone would be too sweet in that amount.. (While this isn't ideal, I would rather have this than artificial sweetener). One minor caution. When you open the lid/paper interior cover you can inadvertently cause the powder to fly up out of the container. I ended up just putting a small hole in the paper cover and just shaking the powder out. All in all, I am satisfied with this product and will purchase again.
