Extremely fast and reliable. Perfect product. I Have been using it for more than 6 months. It needs proper cooling though, so if you plan to use it as an external SSD, a case without a fan is not enough. I bought an Acasis case with an active fan and it now runs perfectly fine.

This 2 TB (actually only 1.8 Tb without overprovisioning about 1.6Tb with the recommended overprovisioning) is top shelf in SSD. You really cannot beat it and its read and write speed is currently the best you can get. If you also count in the 5 year warranty you cannot go wrong. Team this with Samsung Magician 8 software and you are set (for 5 years anyway). A nice piece of hardware for your PC or laptop.

Excellent performance even though it’s DRAMLESS SSD. Even if the longevity is lower than the pro version, it’s still worth getting if you are on a budget

I've owned this drive since January 2025 and it has been excellent. Performance has been fast and consistent, and I haven't had any reliability or stability issues with it. It's been exactly what I wanted from a large-capacity NVMe drive: plenty of storage, fast load and transfer speeds, and no drama after well over a year of use. My only hesitation recommending it today is the price. I purchased mine when it was considerably cheaper, and the price has increased dramatically since then. I still think it's a great drive, but at current pricing I wouldn't call it the same value it was when I bought it. As a product, though, I have no complaints. Mine has been fast, reliable, and trouble-free since installation.

Excelente Lo compré para un ASUS Rog Ally X y funciona excelente, cloné mi anterior SSD 2 TB (Primero retira del ASUS Rog Ally X el SSD antenor, coloca el SSD nuevo, como extra le coloqué un disipador al SSD nuevo, el SSD anterior colócalo es un case compatible, y listo a clonar). la clonación no fué mayor a 10 minutos En velocidad esta rapidísimo, aunque ya estoy considerando el de 8 TB (Hasta que baje más su precio lo compro) ya que el de 4 TB ya estoy por llenarlo. Mi anterior SSD 2 TB es un 980 PRO, dicidí por el 990 EVO porque es más barato que el PRO, y para el ASUS Rog Ally X noté que la velocidad del SSD es un 95% Idéntica. Lo recomiendo.
