I usually don't provide reviews, but this cart is a game changer for anyone with 3-5 acres and don't have room for a mini tractor. It took a little extra muscle to put it together but that because it's heavy duty and well constructed. I've used it everyday for the last 3-weeks hauling green firewood to my log splitter about 200 yards away up and down several small hills and only charged it once. The electric dump/lift works perfect without tipping to the side. The controls are easy to operate and turning and backing come natural after a little practice. The price was unbelievable compared to the companies website (almost $900 less). With the money I saved I can buy a full load of rock to fix the driveway and hiking paths.

I have used this wheelbarrow now for several months and I’m very impressed with it. It makes moving firewood, gravel, dirt and horse manure much easier. I like the three speed forward on this wheelbarrow. I also like how you can lock in the back wheels to go straight, it’s a lot easier when they’re locked in or to turn, unlock them, and can swivel quite easily even with a load. It’s very impressive wheelbarrow I recommend paying the extra money for the hydraulic dump

Update: Changed to 4 stars. Support was great after they responded days later. Knew exactly what the issue was (faulty switch) and sent new ones out, no charge. The unit is powerful and battery performs beyond expectations. It's getting a ton of use. Support needs to be more responsive, especially if shipping units with faulty switches. Original Review: This review will change to 1 STAR or 4 STARS based on whether their support team actually responds to my calls, emails, or texts, which to date has been NIL. I have 24 hours of patience left. Just assembled and can see the promise, however, the hyrdaulic system is not pressurizing making the purchase useless. The instruction manual included with the product has nothing on the hydraulic system other than maintenance requirements. Useless! Pressing the button to tip the hopper forward (or either direction) makes noise from the HPU, but the hopper remains in its seated position. A red lights begins to blink underneath the control panel 3 pulses, pause, 3 pulses. On other machines that means no hydraulic pressure. But of course their manual has no way to decode what the red lights mean.

Arrived superbly crated, went together easily by one person, took about 1 3/4 hours. Everything works as it should, extremely well built. Arrived with 90% of charge!

Be aware that this is a large and heavy motorized cart. With that being said, it saves a lot of work - requires less trips for large loads and the hydraulic dump feature is very helpful. I had previously used a much smaller Greenworks battery powered cart with manual dumping and it saved much wear and tear on myself. This cart is an improvement capability-wise, but one needs to pay close attention while driving it around as it weighs over 500 in’s empty and can go much faster than normal walking speed. contolling direction requires attention and strength to avoid it becoming a demolition machine. Acelleration is interesting - there are three maximum speed settings, however the cart always takes off slowly, then ramps up to maximum speed, which avoids sudden significant movement. Great idea. There is a thumb paddle for modulating speed and brakes are regen like an electric car. Parking brake is automatically applied when the thumb paddle is released to avoid unwanted surprises. I am now 70 and this is expected to be a very much appreciated tool.

I should have bought this years ago. Used on many jobs moving large amounts of rock here in Arizona. Used anywhere from 5 to 8 hours on the job sites and battery has never fallen below 80%. Only thing I don’t like is how slow the reverse speed is, but definitely not a dealbreaker considering the time and energy this wheelbarrow says me.

This is the second wheelbarrow i've ordered, the first one what's damaged because the pallet made for it is 3/8" plywood and the wheelbarrow weighs 538 pounds, so it broke through the bottom of the pallet and when the forklift went through the pallet, it hit the battery pack that was hanging through the pallet 2" and damaged the unit. It had to be sent back. I told MechMax the issue and that they should add plywood to the bottom where the machine sits all its weight on the battery pack so it don't break through. This new unit weighs more. I opened it and noticed a bare spot on the drum where where it rubbed against nails on the pallet, you can see yellow paint on the nails. the second thing in the next picture is the switch on the top, which was broken internally to where I cannot turn it on. The plywood cover is a little too short, and it rubbed on the switch. I can't rate the second machine or the first one because they've been damaged in shipping both times. I will say it's not the trucking company who delivers it, but the people in charge of packaging and shipping the unit itself. When I sent back the first unit back to MechMax, I recommended them adding plywood under the battery pack, were all of the weight of the machine sits on which they did on this new machine.I ordered. Now I would recommend the box that covers the machine be at least one inch higher and foam be put over the switch console.
