I installed this head unit in my 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss LT. To make a long story short....the removal and install of new head unit is not a problem. Went without a hitch. Getting the unit to connect with your truck is another. The instructions are written by someone without a great knowledge of the english language. There's a bunch of run-on sentences, misspelled words and words running together. It's hard to make heads or tails of some of it. However, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Face timed with a lady named Abby who guided me through how to make it work with my truck. Please keep in mind that these units come from Thailand which has a 12 hour time difference from where I am at in Tennessee. So if you send a message at 2p.m., it's 2a.m. there so you probably won't get a fast response. But, they will contact you back. Nevertheless, everything went well and I love this head unit. Works as advertised. All of the OEM features still work with it. I love it. Looks great in my truck. You can add a sim card to it if you want internet in your car but I just use mine with Carplay and it works flawlessly. Solid unit and well built. Worth the money. I could write several more pages about it but too much reading. I will say the mic and speaker that come with it you will not need. I wouldn't even plug it up because everything comes thru the sound system already in your car. This unit has great sound quality that the truck already had before I put the unit in. Great purchase. I'm glad I bought it.

I have purchased and installed multiple aftermarket radio units throughout my years. I will say I am so glad I purchased this system. This system is an awesome upgrade. It makes my truck look better than the newer vehicles selling for 90,000+. The installation is plugged in play, and there is no way you can mix anything up because all of the plugs fit in a specific place. The instructions are very clear when I completed the installation. I did not have any audio coming out of my factory speakers, this was a user error. I was able to communicate with customer service via WhatsApp. They responded in 20 minutes on the weekend a representative was able to FaceTime me and I was able to correct the issue within five minutes. This head unit is pricey, but you will get what you pay for the customer service alone pays for it. I also love the fact it does give you subwoofer outputs as well as camera outputs for more cameras. I currently have 360 cameras so I am not adding more cameras however since I had the head unit pulled out, I did run some RCA cables with the remote turn on wire for the sub that I will be installing at a later time. This unit was installed in my 2021 GMC At4. It retained all my factory settings, including steering wheel controls. I give this purchase five stars with great customer service.

My husband got a brand new 2022 Silverado and he hated that little bitty screen that was in there so I went on Amazon and bought this Beauty so he upgraded with this and it looks so good. He took the little one out and put this one in himself and I am so glad that he did that because this was a huge upgrade. He had a hard time getting the Wi-Fi to connect so he called the customer service from this company and they were excellent they got my husband connected and anything else that he needed. They were great. I highly recommend. Highly recommend highly recommend. I can’t say that enough, but if you buy this, you will not be sorry my husband have not had not one thing wrong with this. Everything has been working perfectly you can watch any app on here that you want. Download anything watch the game watch regular TV endless the options are endless. When we bought it, it was $1000. Amazon had a deal so we got couple hundred or so off, and it is worth every penny.

Good quality unit, easy to install even if you have no prior knowledge of the assembly of the previous one. Looks very elegant and high class on the previous dash. I have a 21 Sierra and it makes it feel like a 24-25 MY. Definitely a more sensible and in my opinion functional upgrade instead of buying an overpriced new GM truck. I am updating my review to reflect a recent software patch I was sent to address some issues I had with the screen, very minor issues (CarPlay related mostly) The support team got with me, sent me a personalized video on how to install the update file, as well as a .zip with the update file for me to download as well! All in all, after ordering, installing, and getting help from the support team, I have to say I am impressed with every aspect of the purchase. Shipping was fast, packaging was good, product is sleek and works great, installation was not terrible, and while they did not have an immediate solution, the support team did work and create one for me after a while! As someone who was on edge about ordering one of these, I now will probably order from seller for every vehicle I purchase!

Do not buy this screen yes it looks great and I’ll give you a truck a new look feeling however the Bluetooth is literally a one out of 10 mine only connects a quarter of the time I tried customer support and they were very helpful. However, it’s just not for me. Once you install this screen, you can no longer listen to the regular radio either just know that. No, you also have to purchase an SD card and Wi-Fi for the tablet. If you choose to use it on your own capacity, it cannot screen your phone Do not waste $1000 on this product to yourself better and spend more on a better quality one or choose a different model

I would recommend this unit to anyone . Very easy install. Setup was a little frustrating but if you just have patience and take your time you will get threw it with no problems . If you do have a problems cust service is great and professional. This unit is amazing . I have work on gm trucks and cars for a dealership for 26 years amd theses units are better then are new 23 thru 26 trucks . Grab one now and have some fun .

This was a great upgrade to my 2019 Silverado Custom Trailboss. About 4 hours to remove old and install new via plug-in-play. Spoke with Abby at Viknan via Whatapp to complete as I had issues with the Bluetooth and how I was connecting. Looks and works amazing. Definitely a Five star rating.
