Everyone needs at least one form of self defense, especially at night, in an attempt to ward off a potential attacker, and a super bright light in the eyes when they don't expect it may be just the less-than-lethal option you've been looking for. With 3 levels of light intensity I can use it around the house when a little extra light in a dark place helps, and I keep it by my bed at night ready to blind anyone who thinks they have more of a right to my stuff than I do. Being small, with a clip attached, it's easy to carry anywhere ... an evening walk in the neighborhood, a walk to the store, sitting on the porch with a cup/glass of your favorite beverage watching the sunset, walking from your office to your car after dark...the potential is almost endless. I haven't had a need for the magnet on its base, but it's a strong magnet, so I'm sure it'd hold if I needed it to. And being rechargeable via usb-c I'm not concerned about running out of battery power, if I've used it at all during the week I charge it back up before going to bed on the weekend. UPDATE: The magnet can be quite useful! I had to replace the battery in my truck yesterday and the lighting in my garage was less than ideal. So with a flash of inspiration I got my PIOOCAN S10PRO from the house, lit it up to #2 brightness, stuck it to the underside of the hood and suddenly had all the light I needed to do the job safely. I use to think that I'd prefer the switch at the tail of the light, but now I'm glad the magnet was there! It's hard to believe so many reviewers gave this just 1 star; as long as I don't use the max brightness for very long (because it does get quite hot) I haven't had any problems with this flashlight. Besides, its size is just perfect for my smaller-sized hands. I initially bought this as a self-defense tool but now I'm finding I can, and do, use it a lot around the house at night. I highly recommend this useful flashlight!

After 2 months of owning a green one it has malfunctioned. When I turn the flashlight on (in any mode) the light works for 5-10 seconds then the flashlight turns itself off. It's not a low battery issue as I have charged the battery overnight and still regardless of which mode it works for a few seconds and turns itself off. Yes, it can be turned back on but when you are needing to see something this does not play well. Don't waste your money.

A good quality high lumens flashlight with a simple user interface and budget friendly on the pocket book but lacking in some high end features you may notice on much more expensive similar flashlights from this category. The simple olive green color fits the tactical design style of this flashlight with a strong tail magnet that works well on iron or steel walls, doors, and car panels when you need both hands free. The 3 modes of low, medium, or high lumens is a simple press and hold release on the push button near the flashlight head and will cycle through the desired brightness level, an additional strobe and S.O.S modes are available by 2 quick presses each time is somewhat of a bonus. This Pioocan S10 Pro flashlight claimed a high lumens of 2500 and that's just a tiny bit brighter than my blue Wurkkos TS10 mini flashlight rated around 1650 lumens to my eyes in a comparison test. I really like my Wurkkos TS10 SG mini unique extensive feature modes such as 7 or more level of brightness and variable speed strobe mode and such features but the Anduril 2.0 user interface could be a challenge and require a deeper learning curve than this simple to use interface on the Pioocan Flashlight. The one main weakness of the Pioocan flashlight is the cheap 2 way clip with such weak spring tension and doesn't feel secure on your belt, pocket or backpack as I've used it several in my pocket or belt and keep falling off. My Wurkkos TS10, although short 2 way clips, have much better spring tension and never fall out of my pocket. Other than that this is a great buy for this S10 Pro flashlight with an included 18650 lithium battery rechargeable via accessing the USB-C port on the other side of the power button.

Great little rechargeable flashlight. Has low, bright, and blink setting. Drawback is holding the button in to get there. It could act as a pocket hand warmer. Unit warms up pretty good when turned on. Pretty solid light!

This flashlight is great. It’s got three degrees of light. I keep it on the weakest so that is the one that comes on by default. The brightest is VERY bright. Awesome on the boat, casts a really bright beam. It does make the flashlight hot and doesn’t last forever but it’s worth it. Easy to charge and takes two 123 batteries as a backup. I did have to put a zip tie around the clip to keep it from becoming separated (which was happening way too often). All in all amazing flashlight for the money.

I just received my S10Pro and I’m impressed. For the price, this is a well‑built, small/medium‑sized flashlight with a removable lithium‑ion rechargeable battery. It's a bit too large for an everyday carry for me, but I can see others happily adding it to their EDC kit. Pros: - Solid, durable aluminum alloy construction with a great in‑hand feel - Strong rear magnet — one of my favorite features — perfect for hands‑free use - Good pocket clip (single‑sided contrary to what one of the product graphics shows, which is fine for this size/weight. For some, it might be too large to clip to the brim of a hat) - Three brightness modes (low/med/high) plus an extremely bright strobe. There is not a fourth "turbo" brightness mode, contrary to what some of the official product info says. - Helpful LED power indicator (red/green) and responsive power button - IPX8 waterproof rating - Simple but useful included lanyard Medium brightness is more than enough for most tasks, and while the head does heat up quickly, that’s expected for a light this bright. Charging Note: While the S10Pro has a USB‑C port, it appears to require a 5V/1A power source to charge. In my testing, it could only charge with the included USB‑A to USB‑C cable. Multiple high-quality USB‑C to USB‑C cables and chargers around my house that work fine with my other devices (iPhone, iPad, portable JBL speaker, other flashlights) would unfortunately not charge the S10Pro. This could be a limitation of the included battery OR the flashlight’s internal circuitry. I am not sure which is responsible. If it’s the battery, swapping it for one that supports true USB‑C charging might solve the issue — but as it stands, users who have moved entirely to USB‑C power sources and cables may find themselves stuck if the light dies and no USB‑A charger is available. Bottom line: A tough, bright, and versatile flashlight with great features for the price. Just be aware of the charging quirk if you’ve gone all‑in on USB‑C. This is not a true USB-C flashlight. Perhaps it can be with a different battery? I would love for someone else or for Pioocan to confirm.

I’m impressed with the Pioocan flashlight! Right out of the box, the quality feels top-notch, with a durable design that looks like it can handle some serious use. For such a small size, this flashlight packs an impressive punch in brightness. I was really surprised by how powerful it is given its size—it definitely outperforms other flashlights I’ve tried in the same category. The 18650 battery is great, providing plenty of power and making it easy to recharge when needed. Overall, this flashlight is a perfect combination of portability, power, and durability. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, bright, and compact flashlight! In the pictures I grabbed a few of my other lights in the 18650/21700 category for comparison. I then compared the output the 3 18650s I had handy.. The Wurkkos TD02 has a similar beam pattern to the Pioocan which is on the left in one of the pics. The Pioocan is brighter and I prefer the whiter light it produces but that is just personal preference. The Pioocan is about a 1/4 inch shorter in length and has a side button as opposed to the tailcap button on the Wurkkos. One benefit to Pioocan is the magnet on it's talicap, This allows to stand staight out on the side of a fridge for example. I have other lights with magnetic tailcaps that will not do this. It also is flat to allow for tail standing. In another pic you can see the comparison with the Sofirn SC29 which has a much broader spill and is not much of a thrower in comparison. This does have a side button like the Pioocan however, but no magnetic tailcap. Overall this Pioocan S10Pro is my new favorite 18650 based light and it is cheaper than the others I have at this point in time. If you just read all this, buy it already. The value and features can't be beat.

This light is super bright, just as advertised. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the heat. This thing gets super hot fast when set to the brightest setting. I keep mine on the mid setting and it works fine.

One of the worst EDC flashlight. Bad heat management as you can't hold the torch if you use high beam. The brightness is good of the light. But the heat management of the torch is worse.

It's bright, lightweight and wallet friendly. Obviously, it doesn't actually reach 1200 lumens. It seems to be more in the 600 range. The clip is the perfect balance of ease of use and holding power. Unfortunately, it isn't a deep carry clip. It runs for 2 hours on medium setting, which to me, is bright enough for most use cases. Battery measured at 788 mah, 38 over the advertised 750 mah capacity. It weighs in at 60 grams with the battery installed. I legitimately can't feel it, if I clip it to my left hip. The button has good, solid, tactile click. Great flashlight.
