Amended- Theoretically good. A little bulky and awkward when wearing. BUt the most disappointing thing is that both USB cables malfunctioned and broke and melted part of the plastic on the end panel. Really dangerous and maybe due to UK voltage. I got in touch and while it took a while to sort out the issue, they offered a full refund without the need to return. I am very thankful and pleased with he customer service

This product left me feeling a bit disappointed. Based on the images, I fully expected a complete kit that included a belt for easy, hands-free use. And the pictures also showed a stand that goes over your face where you could easily use it in the bed, What I received was only the red light device and its stand. It’s a nice light, but without the wearable belt, it doesn't fit my needs for moving around at home. I simply wouldn't have ordered it if I had known.

I've only used the stand and placed it over my face as I'm lying in bed, but it has held in place well and I've had no issues. Some have mentioned the timing buttons being difficult to work but I just use the 10 minutes button and hit it again once the light goes off (not a big deal). Only had it for about a month, so I can't speak to long term effects. However, in the short term, my skin does seem to be more rejuvenated. Good purchase and I would buy it again.

A verry good product, I use it 2 times for week and I see some results.
