This fascia device is helping some injuries that are 10 years old in my thigh. I had a sledding accident and my hip came out of socket. I have had pain in that thigh for years that never goes away. It’s tender to the touch and massages haven’t helped. This device is helping at last! I also tried it on my previously frozen shoulder. It feels like there is some old scar tissue in my tricep area. After working the area with the fascia device my arm feels more loose! I highly recommend this product!

I mostly wanted this to help with lipedema on my legs, and this tool has been very easy to incorporate into my daily routine to get a good fascia massage in. I was initially hesitant to try it because I already have similar tools that came in a wooden massage tool kit, but I actually prefer this one because it’s much more comfortable to hold than the wooden one, and I also love that it doesn’t absorb all the oil like the wooden one does, so a little bit of oil goes a long way and I actually get all the benefits from massaging the oil into my skin instead of the tool absorbing all of it! Overall very pleased with this little tool :)

It's sturdy and easy to use. I keep it in my bathroom to remember to massage right after I bathe (and have all-natural body oil or Shea butter on my body). I'm hoping/believing it will work to help minimize the large pockets of cellulite on my thighs. So far, so good.
