Nothing sticks and I’ve have them for months. They wash nicely. Here’s the deal people you can’t cook on high high temps in these types of pan you have to cook on medium or even between medium and high slow cook your food it’s worth the wait as these pans truly cook week and will last for a long time. Be kind to your pans and most of all your food it’s not meant to be thrown in high heat to cook as fast as you can! Read the instructions it truly is worth reading as I even learned a few things and once you get used to cooking on lower temps it truly works!
