GRINDS Energy Pouches, 3-Flavor Sampler, 3 Cans

I’ve been using Grinds Energy Pouches for a while and they’ve quickly become my go-to pick-me-up. The flavors are bold and fresh without being overpowering, and they give me a smooth boost of energy with no crash or jitters. These GRINDS energy pouches are a solid alternative if you’re looking for a caffeine boost without nicotine. The flavors (especially wintergreen and peach) taste great and aren’t overpowering, and they definitely do the job when it comes to giving you a noticeable էնergy kick. They’re also convenient, sugar-free, and easy to use on the go, which is a big plus. The only downside is the price. They cost more than nicotine pouches and you only get 15 per can, which makes them go pretty quick if you use them regularly. Overall, a really good product that works well and tastes great—just a bit overpriced for what you get.

Tastes like your packing a lip of sweet and low I tried all three and surprisingly green apple is the most tame. Wouldn't recommend as an alternative to zyns if your trying to quit.

Wintergreen is amazing. The peach has a bitter flavor if you pull on it at all but over all it’s still good. The green apple isn’t good at all to me but my husband uses them. It isn’t his favorite either but he said it’s ok but bitter.

Decent flavor other than the fake sugar taste. I also don’t really notice much kick from the caffeine, but I just may not be as sensitive to it. I love the Grinds coffee flavors so I was interested to give these a try, I’ll probably just stick to the coffee ones.

Santa put these in my stocking and they are AMAZING. I’ve always been a fan of Grinds and their coffee flavors, but found the brown pouches to be a bit off putting at times. Well, problem solved, these white pouches are awesome! The pouches are discrete (looks like gum in the mouth), well made, involve zero spitting, and are significantly healthier than tobacco and nicotine. The flavors are also a nice taste. My favorite of the 3 is probably peach, but apple and wintergreen (spearmint-like) also taste like you’d expect and are enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a little energy boost throughout the day, have a New Years resolution to kick addictive nicotine products like Zyn, or know somebody that needs an alternative, healthier option you need to give these new white Grinds a try!!

Love this brand! The taste depends on the person, but I personally love it! This is an easy to use, cost effective, and great caffeine pouch.
