Monster😎
The media could not be loaded. An absolute beast of a machine! Lightning-fast performance, super quiet with liquid cooling, and the design is just stunning. Handles gaming, streaming, editing, and multitasking with ease. The airflow is great, and the RGB lighting adds that premium feel. Dell really nailed this one. Perfect for gamers, content creators, or power users.

Better than a Laptop!!
I needed a sturdy gaming setup when my children started gaming. This system has all the power you need for all the games this family uses and then some. Laptops would usually only last about 3 years. I have had this for a year now and had zero issues.

Runs Extremely Hot NO WATER COOLER.. Dell / Alienware water cooler cost 300+ extra..
Gets extremely hot during games. Has an generic off brand 4070 graphics card.Very bare LEDS / ARGBS very bare.. cpu fan doesn't even light up.. ram looks like from the 90s.. come on alienware step up to the pros!

Great Performance for the Cost
This machine was purchased specifically utilizing the recommended specs for Star Citizen (given the rigorous requirements for it) and it runs very well for everything so far. Great value for the price.

Amazing computer.
Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

“Used – Like New” came with a BIOS-level brick. Prepare for war.
I bought this Alienware Aurora R16 Gaming Desktop “Used – Like New” directly from Amazon, expecting maybe a scuff or missing manual. What I got was a full-blown system resurrection project.Out of the box, the system booted to the Windows 11 Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) just fine—connected to Wi-Fi, no problem. But immediately after I named the device, the entire setup crashed and looped endlessly. No repair options worked. No reset paths. I was locked out of my own desktop before I ever saw it.Turns out, this system’s SSD is hidden behind an Intel VMD storage controller, which Windows 11 can’t detect unless you manually load specific drivers mid-installation. That’s right—you need two USB drives: one bootable Windows installer, and one with the extracted f6vmdflpy-x64 drivers from Intel (which you have to hunt down on Dell’s or Intel’s site, then extract using a second Windows PC).I spent hours:• Downloading Windows 11 ISO and Rufus just to build the installer• Digging through Intel’s confusing driver ecosystem• Figuring out which VMD folder to copy to a USB• Plugging both drives into the right ports (because yes, that matters)• Manually loading the drivers during setup just to make the SSD appearOnly then was I finally able to delete the garbage partitions from the failed OOBE and clean install Windows. Now that it’s working, it runs beautifully—but this should not be what “Like New” means. If Amazon is going to sell these as refurbished or open-box, they need to reset and test them properly. The average customer is not going to be able to recover from this kind of failure.Buy only if you’re ready to go full IT tech on day one.

Decent for the price, heavy and loud
It is pretty decent for the price. It can run most everything on max settings. It’s a lot heavier than I expected. About twice as heavy as my old PC.Fans run loud most of the time but if that bugs you, you can turn off the over clocking in the bios.It also puts off a fair amount of heat so make sure you have plenty of ventilation.Another thing to note is it comes with a weird square antenna for WiFi and Bluetooth. You may be tempted to not hook it up (as I was), but wireless devices will not work reliably without it. They may seem to work fine for a while but will randomly disconnect.
