Not for beginners
Ok, take this review with a grain of salt. I have no experience with embroidery. I am very much considered a beginner. This machine was marketed as easy to use. I have to say that there were so many features to this machine that it was overwhelming. I watched multiple videos and spent hours trying to use the machine. I was unsuccessful. I returned this machine a couple days after. Also, beware- there is a restocking fee to return the machine (it is not cheap). I ended up just using a professional company to embroider my product. For beginners, I do not recommend.
