Wham-O 81553 Original Striped Hula Hoop

Discretion: I purchased this hula hoop to use a decorated ring, not physical use. However, I did try it out prior to decorating it! It is light, so it is challenging to keep it up if you use it to actually hula hoop with. I am a big girl and an adult, and this size is perfect to twirl around. This was absolutely perfect for what I needed it for! Please see the attached image for the decorated ring. I just tied 36 fabric, standard-sized leis on this hula hoop.

We have an original Whamo hula hoop-about worn out after50 years. This was the only one that I could find that matched the 34” diameter of the original. This one is much lighter and the circumference of the plastic tube is slimmer ( about 3/4 of original.) Waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy over priced.

Cheaply made. Students dented them up the very first day. Also, quite pricey. I thought I was getting 3 for $15, because it shows three and says that they come in various colors.... turns out it was $15 for one hoop. Not a good deal at all.

Great! It was the Hoolahoop I remember.

Bought for a craft activity, but it arrived bent. It's very lightweight. also, the photo led me to believe there would be 3 of them, but keep in mind that you are only purchasing one.

I bought it to use for a craft project and it's too big but will make a great gift for my daughter in a few years - your standard hula hoop, not some heavy duty work out tool but what you'd expect for the price :)

It was exactly as described. Had the ball inside and made the swoosh sound. Unfortunately I couldn’t master it. Found another brand with water in it that I could actually hula. Gave it 5 stars because it wasn’t the hoops fault I couldn’t do it and description was accurate.

We play games at Easter so this year Gandma decided to share the games she loved when she was young. I hope my little ones love them and cherish them as I do.
