Neutrogena Hydro Boost Moisturizing Lip Gloss, 100 Soft Mulberry, 0.10 oz

I have this in 3 colors. One lighter, one darker. This one is my favorite. It’s a great color for a neutral that makes me feel polished. Love the feel. Definite moisture. And it’s safe for my sensitive skin and balsam of Peru allergy.

I get so many compliments on this lip gloss. I love how long it lasts and this particular shade is the perfect pop of color—adds brightness while still being neutral.

I pair this gloss with a mauve lipliner and the result is a pinky mauve tone that is so pretty and fresh looking. The shimmer of this gloss makes the lips look fuller and its shear light apricot tone is gorgeous on its own.

I actually really like this tinted gloss. It offers a pretty decent amount of hydration, and it gives my lips just the right amount of color. Pink Mocha really matches my skin tone, but Berry Brown was a little too peachy. There is no safety seal. I saw the same lip gloss in target and CVS after I ordered it on Amazon and not a single bottle on the shelves had a safety seal. That’s the doing of Neutrogena. They can request the manufacturer add a plastic safety seal. The formula is sticky, however, I don’t mind that. My lips feel more hydrated throughout the day, even when I’m not wearing it. For reference, I live in a tropical climate and recently the weather has been in the 50s and 60s and my lips still feel hydrated. Sometimes, however, I did feel like the pigment or maybe the applicator caused the texture to be ever so slightly gritty. I just wish that there was more product.

When I received the lip gloss it was not sealed. Moreover, I am not sure what Neutrogena did to this color, (True Nude #15) but it is much darker. I have used this color for a long time. It was my go-to. Sadly, I will have to find a replacement. However, I do not place any blame on the seller. They were fantastic!

I don't understand some of the negative reviews for this product. To me it has been wonderful! I have very dry, cracked lips, and this works better than any balm I have tried. It has hyaluronic acid, which adds moisture to the lips, and an occlusive agent that keeps moisture from evaporating. It is not sticky or gooey at all. I chose Pink Mocha, which is a nice neutral with a subtle shine. The wand works great for me, no issue going in or out of the tube. There is no flavor or scent, either good or bad. And you can't beat the price for such a generous sized tube!

i received it without a seal and had to refund it immediately. dissapointed because i was excited for this product as ive heard many great things about it.
