So many wins for this fun toy. The ball doesn’t get lost. The cats can’t get enough of play. Three ball settings. Our favorite is purple. Staying power for each charge. Every night the ball goes on the charger. Then lasts all day.The only issue, a cat will sit or lay on the case. Hogging it from everyone else. But it’s so cute. Everyone wants to monopolize use.The funniest two things, for me, when someone runs and slip and slides the cover to get the ball. Zoom across the floor. And, when they’re worn out from play, sleep on the case while the ball periodically lights up or wants to move. It’s like to say, I’ve captured you and you will not be released until I say you can. The video included shows capture and napping between okay sessions.A laser pointer and feather pole require my effort and is not available all day long. Every other toy has had its ball removed. This crew has mad skills and can dismantle toys, at will.Though the kitten got a hold of the ball that escaped through the hatch when the Velcro disconnected. And the soft yellow scrunchy was captured and hidden. Until the kitten retrieved it a day later for play and I captured it to return to the ball. This toy is perfect, for us.The squeak, value, and quality are perfect, for our needs.

Cat person here. Lots of cats over many years with all the toys that implies. I have to say this particular toy has really captured the heart of my big beautiful Maine Coon. He loves this thing and plays with it for hours both inside it's little bag and outside of the bag rolling around the house. I think it actually gets itself out of corners way better than a roomba vacuum cleaner! The charge on it works fine for me. My cat plays with it all day and I charge it overnight and it's ready to go. You should know too that if your cat stops playing with it, it kind of goes to sleep until it is touched or moved in some way. I will tell you not all my cats are as entranced as my big boy but they all find it fascinating and will watch it move about without approaching it for long periods. I liked it so much I have bought one for my neighbor as I know his Siamese will go crazy for it!

I have five cats. I bought this specifically for the smart one who is constantly getting into mischief. Unfortunately he got bored with it after watching it for five minutes or so. However, one of his dumber sisters loves this and played with it for like an hour before the toy finally turned itself off. I only got it a few days ago and have already recharged the ball twice, because she wants me to turn it on for her all the time.It seems to have about a two hour battery life when in active use, but it doesn't take very long to charge and uses the standard USB-c charger.It is a bit noisy, so you probably won't want to use it in a room where you are trying to watch TV, or when someone is trying to sleep.The bag that you put the ball inside is pretty basic and thin, but I don't think cats will be able to rip it easily. I haven't had any problems so far.The ball seems sturdy and is pretty heavy, but the little yellow cover accessory for it is pretty bad. I'm not using it at all, because I noticed some loose fibers, and went to pull them out and the whole thing basically started to come undone. Give that to a cat and you will just have a huge mess immediately.All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase because at least one of my cats loves it, with two others that have mild interest. Unfortunately (like all cat toys) you never can tell what the cats will like, so you just have to try things out.

This is an excellent toy. It's engaging and they get tons of activity. They love it. You can even take the ball out and let them chased it. I bet pleased that it runs on and off for almost 24 hrs on a 2hr charge. I highly recommend

Have had it since December 2025, still going strong, even after a large playful dog got ahold of it. We've had to clean several times and it comes thru that just fine. Cat loves it.

My cats went absolutely nuts for this toy at first—it definitely grabbed their attention right away and kept them entertained. The motion activation and chirping sounds make it really engaging, and the rolling ball inside the pouch adds that “prey” feeling cats love.The concept and appearance are great, and it’s a fun way to keep cats active without constant interaction.Unfortunately, over time the battery performance really went downhill. Even after charging it overnight, the ball doesn’t run for very long anymore, which makes it a lot less useful. I have 2 cats, both about 2 years old and they’re so picky about toys. Most of the toys I’ve bought for them end up in a bin never to be seen again because they’re so disinterested. As soon as I set this up for them they were both intrigued and with a little encouragement, they were actually playing with it! One of my cats is usually scared of most noises, but the chirping and rolling of the ball surprisingly didn’t bother him. The first one I got started having issues after 3 days (ball wouldn’t roll and was making a clicking noise even after troubleshooting). So I reached out to the seller and got a quick response that they were willing to send a replacement. The replacement came within 2 days and so far so good! The ball rolls much better than the original one did and my cats are once again happy campers. Totally worth the ~$23 I spent and I always love to know that a seller I’ve purchased from is willing to be helpful. I’d say it’s worth trying out if you’re looking for something to help with keeping your cats entertained and being more active throughout the day!

UPDATE: Within two months, both cats were completely disinterested in this toy. One cat continues to occasionally lie on the plastic fabric (and other smooth, flat materials), but otherwise it's a waste of time trying to get them to play with this.------- Original review:Whether your cats like it and stay interested in it will influence your own rating. I give this product 5 stars for being constructed well and with thoughtful features of the electronic device itself. One of my cats was a little scared by it and the other cat loses interest fast, but after a day of non-use, that cat resumes being interested in it. With the electronic device removed, the cat that was afraid of it began to lie on it and eventually wasn't afraid of the electronic toy inside. The interactive setting piques both cats' curiosity. The battery lasts a long time, at least a day, on the interactive mode, and recharging is quick enough to appreciate. For price and function, it is above average on value, so I really recommend trying it.

The battery in the ‘ball’ doesn't charge after 3 times. Its a great idea. My cats enjoyed playing with it while it worked.

When I got this product I was confused because I didnt find a hole in the carpet thing and I was going to give it a bad review but I eventually found the hole to put the ball in and my cats were interested for a moment, but the saving grace is the ball with the fur attachment I had many of these automatic balls and my cats love them but this one is unique it has a fur attachment that has ears that can look like a tail too which my cats seem to love and i find it funny to watch too. Its brilliant the movement feels very natural because of the fur it makes them think its a rabbit and when it runs away it looks like its taunting them like how they do in cartoons where it shakes its behind then runs away.

my cats love thus. i just hoped that it would be possible to turn off the bird noise and still able to play either it
