A must

This is a must for after surgery. I started using the board at about 8 weeks post op. The back piece is just ok. Not super comfortable so I only ended up using the front part. The front piece does not wrap all the way around your hips. Overall really great!

Not worth it

The plastic in the ab board makes it almost impossible to sleep in. The fabric covering it moves and leaves lines in your skin. Very uncomfortable and not for people with longer torsos. The side pieces don’t give enough compression and the back pieces is awkwardly shaped.
