Bought a few months ago and much more involved to set-up then my old one. So I didn't, until today. Had a friend over that has never used a foot spa before so was excited to give her a treatment. It did not work for more than 5 minutes with the ppb's in the 2000's and then went to 3000 and back into the 2000's. All of a sudden it went to 4000 and would not stop beeping. The ground was attached. I used the salt. I added more water. I unplugged and replugged. I dumped all the water and refilled the foot bath, unplugged and replugged reset and then tried again. 4000 and did not come off that. I dumped the water, dried the person's feet and gave up. I am not sure it works. I had an old one for years that the motor finally went out on. The water was always really dark and merky with an array of colors depending on the person. This did start to color slightly, but she never really even got to experience what itnwould have been like innit had worked. Since I have had it for a while and never took it out of the box, the warranty is probably not in tack any longer if there ever was any warranty because there is nothing showing in the materials that came with the machine.

I’ve been wanting a foot detox bath machine but having been skeptical on purchasing one. After searching, looking at reviews and pricing I decided on the Vital Vibes Ultimate Ionic Foot Bath Detox Machine. This item arrived quickly and was well made. The foot bath is collapsible for small storage space. It has unique monitor display that allows you to choose men, women or child and time up to 1 hour of detox. It has a ppb (parts per billion) displaying the concentration of negative ions. It comes with the epsom salt, towel and wrist strap for full effect. It has a manual for set up and is easy to understand. On my first use I got a tingling feeling in my feet and took pictures every 15 minute (posted in review) as I set the treatment for 60 minutes. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, quality of machine and the overall results and performance. I also did purchase an extra Array so I’ll have 1 ready to replace being I will be using this often.

Im stunned. I’m a 32 yr old woman, I thought this was a gimmick - it’s not. I repeat, it’s NOT! Follow the directions, the people that say it doesn’t work are doing it wrong. It’s not hard if you can read 🙄. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

First it was difficult setting up. Having to pause the video to make sure I had every step completed. The plastic to put in the foot bath didnt stay very well. I had to use tape to keep it up. The bottom of the foot bath is very pointy. It was hard to relax with it poking my feet. I Had to keep starting and stopping to get the salt water mixture correct. I would recommend starting with 1 scoop of salt, set your timer for an extra 5 minutes and add salt as needed to get the mixture correct. After 30 minutes the water had not gotten very dark. I have used an ion machine in a chiropractor office and it was alot more dirty looking. I included a Pic on what my water looked like after the 30 min. I have not detoxed in a long while and know my water should be alot dirtier. Im going to try again later in the week and see if it works.

There are 3 portals and three plugs. The blue plastic plug is a bit difficult to get into it’s portal. There are metal prongs that can reposition incorrectly and therefore will not work if this happens so be mindful of this. I have also used it 3 times and the Array is already oxidizing and I have cleaned it every time after using it. It does seem to pull just as powerful as a session in a Spa. Might want to purchase a extra Array. I also cannot get the settings to change well
