It's not as good as the original Kitchen Devil which I bought 15 years ago. Seems rathersluggish when even cutting bread. I would recommend to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top Versatile All Round Slicing Knife *by R***T on 16 June 2015* These knives are my secret weapon in the kitchen that I first discovered back in the eighties when I bought my first one in a local supermarket. Since that initial purchase I have never been without one and when I recently opened my deli / coffee shop I wanted knives that could be useful for a number of tasks so bought several of these to kit out the shop. They are excellent for cutting up cooked and raw meat (even the tough cuts) and are a dream for cutting chunky fresh bread for toast. Not only that they can cut through cleanly a nice fresh cream sponge without crushing it or tearing it apart. I also find them handy for cutting thin slices off a cabbage when making coleslaw and thin slices off an iceberg lettuce as they are long enough to tackle the job.
