Comfytemp Red Light Therapy Pad for Body, 24'' x 12'', 660nm & 850nm

I’ve been using the Comfytemp 41.5" x 26" Red Light Therapy Mat consistently, and it has quickly become one of my favorite wellness tools. The size alone is a huge plus, it's large enough to cover my entire back or wrap around my legs, and the 560 dual‑chip LEDs (660nm red + 850nm near‑infrared) give great coverage without any cold spots. I tried out this mat that my friend bought and let me borrow because of my back pain. I do notice a difference when I use It and my fiancé hurt his shoulder and was in pain and used It one time and did two sessions of 20 minutes on two different modes and said the next day his shoulder felt perfectly fine and totally healed! So after trying out my friends mat I ordered us our own! Red light therapy is really good but you have to get a product with lights that are real and actually have enough power to penetrate the skin. I don’t know how to test how strong the lights are or how to tell that they are real but we can feel a difference when we use It so that’s my only way of knowing. This isn’t as strong as some more expensive lights or a cold laser light but It is a great product for every day use for people who do labor jobs that are hard on the body and I think this is worth the price! I would recommend to just use It on straight skin so that there’s no obstructions blocking the light penetration so It can work as good as possible. The heat level feels good it’s not as hot as a heating pad but gets warm enough to help loosen up some muscle tightness. Seems like it’s made pretty well and the cord length I think is good It reaches from behind the couch to where I sit and reaches from the plug next to my bed as well so I think the cord length is fine! As for size, the mat covers my whole back so I like It and It also is flexible and can be wrapped around your arm or leg and It comes with a stretchy Velcro belt to wrap the mat around and secure It if you need It on your knee ankle or elbow etc. we like It!

i’m an a competitive, athletic woman , who is 60 , and it seems like I am constantly have something hurting or have hurt some body part- lol. I use this about every night either on my back, over my knees, around my ankles, on my shoulders… It has been a game changer to keep me healthy and active. I probably have recommend this to 20 of my friends and they love it as well. I have had other brands of infrared pads, and this is by far is the best without the lights burning out. I’m a true test for their durability!

I would give it 5 stars if there was anyway to actually tell there is NIR. I did all of the tricks I looked up and am still puzzled. That being said...I can tell a huge difference when I use it and when I don't. I have arthritis, autoimmune, and currently am struggling with some neurologic issues among other things. When I miss using it regularly, I will forget that I haven't used it in a while and will feel a lot of stiffness, pain, weakness. then I use it again and within days, I feel much better. I know it has to be working...lol...i just can't prove that it has what it says it has.

I can't tell you for sure if it works. I use it relatively consistently and my back is in a good place right now but sometimes it just gets better on its own. However, I choose to believe it is helping. I have had it for almost 6 months I think and it still works just like new. I use it at least once a day, 5 times a week

I really like this red light therapy mat. It’s the perfect size. I feel that it has helped my old hip and shoulders. I had purchased a different one and was not pleased with it. My friend recommended this one and I am glad she did.

Broke after a few months. Contacted Comfytemp for the warranty and they sent me a replacement. Looks like it was just the power supply with the old unit because the blanket itself works with the new power supply. No complaints with the product itself. I think its working but hard to tell for sure.

I bought this mat because I had bought a mat from comfytemp last fall (XL) to try out red light therapy. The quality of that mat is good and it still works, though the cord is somewhat annoyingly short. I wanted a larger mat for more exposure, so I bought this one (XXXL) from comfytemp too. I was rather disappointed. The most notable fault is that despite the larger size, the number of LEDs is the same... So the light density is 25% of the smaller mat. Definitely not great, but in theory you could move it around and use it for an 60-80 minutes instead of 20 I guess, though that's obviously not ideal. The worst issue is that the cord is even shorter and now has a bulky adapter mid way, making it a hassle to use on a standard height bed, even with a surge protector pulled out to be right next to the bed. I give it three stars because it works and the build quality is still good.
