This is the stuff that works. If you do the research on citrulline, arginine, or citrulline maleate, it is citrulline that has all the clinical results. The taste is not that noticeable if any, but there is a slight smell. Scoop is perfect size for even narrow bottles. Can is far easier than a back for convenience. As far as I know it's fine. It only states that it is "Unflavored", not that it doesn't have a taste, and that taste is not good. I didn't buy it for the taste, so just drink it fast then drink a lot of water.

Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. This is the best L-Citrulline on the market! I've tried several brands, including overpriced flavored brands. This is by far the best. It only has pure, clean L-Citrulline powder; no flavors, additives, or fillers. I tried brands with flavors and other sugar substitutes, and they would either upset my stomach when I took high doses or give me a headache. This causes no side effects and gives me a great pump and allows for getting an extra rep or two with the same weight. It also helps increase blood flow. I notice if I take a full scoop or scoop and a half, then I'll be "ready for action" in the bedroom as well. So its great for men because it makes it easier for ALL muscles to pump up! It's also at a great price !

-Well sealed. Came with a clear plastic wrap around the lid, as well as a foam paper protective seal on the inside. -Mixes well. -Taste is okay. Mixed half a teaspoon in water. It has a mild bitter taste, but not bad at all. -Does it actually improve performance? Who knows.
